Relax and enjoy the idyllic nights gazing at the moon-shadowed lake with a six-person hot tub on the lower deck or get cozy on the screened porch. We stayed the week of Thanksgiving and had a great time. The house was perfect and stocked with everything we needed to prepare our meals. The house has some great views of the lake and everything you need to relax. The owners are easy to contact and great people to work with! We got our security back the following week as promised. We hope to visit again soon!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+, adventure seekers.

We had a blast at this cabin. So many of my favorite things were there (trees, lake, hot tub, and of course my family). The little snow adventure starting it off just made it better. We were discussing our return trip before we even left :) The lake bed was a favorite of the kids, it was really cool seeing all the trees still "growing" from the ground that are usually underwater and would never have been "discovered" to put it in the words of two 7yr olds. Everything we could have possibly needed was there, it felt like home.Recommended for: Girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+, adventure seekers.

Wow!!!! What a fantastic retreat. This was a great place for our family to relax and enjoy some down time. We loved the beauty of the cabin as well as the ammenities. It was awesome with plenty of space for us to enjoy. Oh my gosh I can't forget to comment on the screened in porch overlooking the lake... Incredible:-)Recommended for: Girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers.

We had been looking for mountain lake property for several years but when we saw our cabin we bought it that day. The drive down the dirt road getting to the property seemed to make the horrible traffic in Atlanta seem like a distant memory. When we went out on the lake that day we were the only boaters to be seen and the surrounding mountains were pristine and beautiful. Since most of the lake is in the Chattahoochee National Forest you will find that to be commonplace. Couple that with the quiet and friendly neighbors and the beautiful sunsets from the dock and you'll never want to leave!
