I like the area very much: I enjoy the lifestyle, the beach, the food, and the people. It is 60 minutes from Pensacola Airport and Mobile airport and convenient to many highways. Having been to Florida many times, I consider Alabama to be undiscovered by many who would enjoy it.
The unit is a townhouse. There are two bedrooms and a den on the second floor. The master bedroom and the den have TV's. The den has a DVD player. The first floor has the living area, .5 bath, garage, TV with DVD player. There is a patio with table and grill.
Boat parking in driveway or garage is not allowed. Docking facilities are available in nearby Orange Beach.

This condo exceeded all of my expectations! It was comfortable, clean & provided all of the amenities of my own home (washer/dryer, grill, coffee machine, blender, ect), plus extras such as boogie boards, beach chairs. I was also very pleased to have been able to bring my dog along. The pool was nice as well. Location was very convenient. The rate was unbelievable. Mr. Dugan was also very pleasant and easy to reach with any questions/concerns. Thanks for everything!

We just returned from our trip to Gulf Shores over Memorial Day weekend. This townhouse is a GREAT place with lots of room! We traveled with 3 adults, 3 children, and 2 dogs. When we arrived the townhouse was not finished being cleaned, but the couple cleaning did a great job while we grabbed a few groceries from the grocery store around the corner. All restaurants, shops, stores, beaches were very close. From door to beach at the Hangout was only 3-4 minutes. Onsite pool was just a few steps away and typically we were the only ones there! Owner is really easy to work with and to get in contact with. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a great deal on a beach trip. Thanks for letting us use your place, we would love to come again!

Stayed here the past four weeks... and couldn't of been more pleased.!!! It was very clean,would have past any white glove test.Very nice quite spacious unit,fully equipped with a nice private patio area that backs up to a wooded area.Great walking trail for you and your dog. The location is so convenient ...very close to the beach,parks,restaurants and shopping. Plan on coming back to Gulf Shores and will definitely book this townhouse house again when I do.

Tons of amenities and space, a wonderful combination. We truely enjoyed our stay, we will definetly come back. Our only complaints were, the following: the Master bathroom floor was very slick and dangerous, there were not enough towels and wash cloths. The staff onsite were very helpful. The car garage was a great addition, and so was the dish washer. We greatly appreciated our dog to be able to stay, it was like home! Thankyou again!

This was a GREAT place to stay! Everything was clean and new looking. We went down for Memorial Day weekend and to clebrate my boyfriend's birthday this past wekeend. It was perfect because we go to take our puppy with us and she adapted perfectly to the homely townhouse. We enjoyed being so close, 1 mile drive, to the beach and we also enjoyed the nice pool. I took advantage of the very nice fitness room as well. The equipment was nice and seemed fairly new. We have no compaints of our stay and would definitely recommend to anyone. We actually were already thinking about another trip and checking the calendar for availability, Great townhouse! Thank you for a great weekend! We will definitely return!
