GREAT CONDO ON BEACH FRONT PARK NEAR AIRPORT & SEATTLE
This large immaculate 1,040sf home is in a quiet very nice residential condominium complex just minutes to downtown Seattle and very close to Sea-Tac International Airport (no airport noise). This beautiful Condominium is completely remodeled with new paint and furnishings. Complete with a 50" HD TV w/HD cable & DVR, 24" LCD TV in bedroom, computer/Printer/Internet with WIFI. There is a private barbeque and garden area for dining or just relaxing. We are also set up for your baby with a play/crib, highchair and stroller, toys, dishes, etc. Your kids will love it with the swimming pool, toys, movies, video games and more. It has a view of the park and woods off the back deck. The complex has a Pool (summer), Cabana, Sauna and Jacuzzi for your use as our guest. Seahurst Park on Puget Sound is right out the back door with lots of nature trails and a trail down to the beach with 1 mile of walkable waterfront on Puget Sound. Seahurst Park is the second largest park on all of Puget Sound.

We include a goode welcome basket that usually includes selected Cheese & Crackers, Sparkling Cider,& Candy. The kitchen has Coffee, Tea, Condiments, Spices, Flower, Sugar, Sweetener etc. I provide a five page favorite things to do list with links as well as an abundance of brochures and Seattle travel books. You can also print out your itinerary and maps from the computer at the condo. Email me and I will send you my to do list even if you don't stay with us. It has the best places from my liftime in the area and not just the best places to take your money like many other lists.
We have other basics like a cooler, beach towels, iron and hair drier, soaps, laundry detergent etc.

We love to go boating in the San Juan Islands in our 45' boat "Summer Magic". We live in the country a short distance away from the Condo near Puget Sound. We love the Condo when were in the Seattle area to have a great place to relax and go for walks to the beach and to be close to Downtown Seattle.

We have stayed in other condos in the United States, but none have compared to this condo! Everything that you could possibly need is provided by the owners. Beautiful setting with Seahurst Park and Pugent Sound behind the condo, a lovely walk to the beach. Very clean and comfortable for our family of four get together! What you see is what you get in this listing! Thank you to the owners for making our visit to Seattle a wonderful memory.

Our family was looking for somewhere to stay that would allow us to enjoy Seattle without the stress of staying in a big town. We stayed here with 4 adults and 3 kids under 3 years old. It was perfect! The beds where so comfortable and everything was setup and ready for us when we arrived. The Owners had information about nearby activities and clear instructions about setting up extra beds which was very helpful. We took advantage of the forest directly behind the unit with a walk down to the water's edge where we found a secluded park for the kids to play. We highly recommend this rental.

The condo was perfect. The owners were very gracious. Our hike through Seahurst park which is just a few steps from the condo and our peaceful afternoon spent at the beach will be special memories.

We loved our stay in this cozy condo. The beds were wonderful, the kitchen well-stocked, and the toys, games and movies were perfect for my kids in the evening. During the day we kept busy exploring the area. Everything was so convenient to the condo! We took a ferry to Vashon Island, the light rail to downtown, and we walked to Seahurst Park a few times. The information and directions about things to see and do in the area were invaluable. Thanks for everything, Jim and Debbie! It was great to meet you, and the welcome basket was such a thoughtful touch.

This was our second stay at this wonderful, beautifully appointed condo. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is in place. Pantry is stocked with essentials for cooking. Top end appliances, and the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. Jim and Debbie think of everything. Maps, umbrellas, beach towels, etc. were all there. The location is very convenient to the airport, freeways, and downtown. We have taken several day trips from this location, Vancouver, Mount Ranier, Levenworth, and, Mount Olympic national park. We look forward to making this an annual trip, there is still so much to see and do.

My friends and I used this a base camp to enjoy seattle. The location was pretty good. The condo was excellent and it had everything we needed. It was extremely clean. I look forward to staying here again.

I stayed here with my daughter and my parents for six nights in March 2011. The pictures the do not do this place justice. It is more beautiful and accomodating than the pictures can show. The owners were the best to work with and the welcome basket was much appreciated. All the area information and maps were great! We loved being near the city but not having to deal with all the traffic. The light rail is definitely the way to get to Seattle and not far from the condo. The restaurants that the Crones recommend are all excellent choices. (We ate at most of them) Thanks to Jim & Debbie for sharing your beautiful condo, it made our vaction great!

Jim and Debbie Crones were so communicative: they really know their location and how to make their renters feel at home! I was trying to find a place that was romantic, eye catching, memorable, affordable, away from the city- but not too far, nearby nature, and had a full kitchen for cooking-- and I found this perfect condo. The place was amazing- exceed our expectations! I cannot begin to explain how BEAUTIFULLY furnished the condo was, spacious, and how well stocked! I was making Valentines dinner and was pleasantly surprised to see that they had spices, pots and cooking pans, random sauces that I didn't think they had but they did and saved me a lot of time trying to find it at the grocery, all the utensils, cups, bowls, plates, bottle opener, everything. My GOSH I LOVED THAT PLACE. They had some breakfast food for us and plenty ziplock bags and tupperware, and just the little things like games, candles, movies, extra blankets, reserved parking, MATCHING red bathroom wall with red towels, internet, cozy fireplace, hangers in just the right places made the day go so smoothly - <3 The ambiance was just right. I don't think you'll find such a quaint place like this. We went out to the beach the next morning~ found the maps, directions, and highlights of the area informational~ even though we live around here--- and ohhh my, there was so much more to do I just wished we could have stayed longer. :] I already told several people about it! Thought this would be just okay for a young couple because it's really meant for a family with children or something but it fit amazingly well~ especially with Valentines~ Thank you very much!!!

My family and I were thoroughly impressed by how comfortable this condo was during our stay. It felt just like a home away from home. The condo was very clean and stocked beyond what we ever expected which made if feel even more comfortable. The owners were also very helpful and easy to work with. The overall experience was delightful and certainly something we would recommend to others.
