Close access to Interstate 10 makes for easy travel to anywhere you want to go... south to Tucson, or Mexico, or north to Arizona State, Sedona, Flagstaff, or the Grand Canyon. The 101 Freeway begins here and provides easy access to the entire Phoenix valley.

Why the Owner Chose Chandler
After coming to Phoenix on vacation for several years in a row, I decided I would like to buy a second home in the area. In 1999, I started looking for a condominium in a golf course community. A realtor took me around the entire Phoenix area to look at condominium properties. We traveled all around Phoenix and I did not see any property that really excited me. Our last stop was at Ocotillo Golf Club. One view of the unique property, the landscaped grounds and the community pool and hot tub and I was immediately sold. Not to mention that the Ocotillo Golf Club is the most unique golfing experience in Phoenix with 24 of 27 holes having water on them. In my opinion there is not a better combination of residence and golf course resort experience anywhere in the Phoenix area.

I love to travel and play golf. It is hard to find many places that have an abundance of great golf courses and consistent nice weather. Arizona is one of the places that has both these qualities. I first started coming to Phoenix in 1995 to vacation and play golf. I organized a group of 12 players for the "Phoenix Golf Extravaganza Tournament". After that first year this became an annual event. We played a lot of courses in Phoenix but there were none as unique as Ocotillo Golf Club. A 27 hole facility that boasts water on 24 of its holes. And I don't mean ponds but water that runs the entire length of these holes. This course looks intimidating on the score card. Ocotillo is a beautiful golfing oasis in the middle of the desert and a fun place to play golf. It also has an excellent restaurant and bar. There is, and will never be, no other golf course or property in Phoenix like Ocotillo.

It is in great location on the Ocotillo golf course. Great access to the 101 and 202 loops. The condo is lovely and very well equiped. Seriously considering it for this winter if we decide to go back.

Thank you for a delightful vacation. The trip was so wonderful that my husband wanted to look for space to stay another month. He is the type that wants to go home after 10 days on the road. The condo was extremely comfortable and our two small dogs were very content. They especially enjoyed the walks to the nearby dog parks and other trails. Thank you again for a very relaxing vacation. Thank you for sharing your condo in Ocotillo Golf Resort. It was a delightful spacious home away from home. My husband is usually the type that wants to go home after 10 days away. This time he was checking for a place to stay for another month. Does that say he was enjoying himself? We found wonderful places to walk with our two small dogs Lucky & Peppy.
