  This is a spacious condo, situated in a very good area and in a gated community. The unit was very comfortable, homely and we would definately rent the unit again The listing accurately described the appearance and amenities. The location is right next to the Occotillo Golf Course, close to a lot of good restaurants, shopping malls and fitness facility

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, age 55+.

  Owner response: What I do: I visit the property a minimum of twice a year, a week at a time. What I believe: That only by living there can I understand the requirements of my tenants. What I expect: That upon arrival, it’s like entering the deluxe suite at a hotel. And in my opinion, the golf is the best in the valley!

  This condo is a wonderful two bedroom located at Ocotillo Golf Course in Chandler. It is a two minute walk to a central pool and hot tub which are wonderful for relaxing after a days activities. The condo is centrally located in the south part of the Phoenix Area Valley, making for easy access to the many activities the area has to offer including golf, shopping, hiking, biking and the arts. The condo is very roomy with lots of closet space and two large bedrooms at opposite ends of the unit, which allows for privacy of visitors and tenant. This is our second winter staying in the unit and we would definetly recommend it to anyone wishing to stay in the Phoenix area.

  Owner response: The refridgerator was just upgraded to a Samsung - 25.8 Cu. Ft. French Door Refrigerator with filtered water, internal water dispensor and ice maker.

  It is in great location on the Ocotillo golf course. Great access to the 101 and 202 loops. The condo is lovely and very well equiped. Seriously considering it for this winter if we decide to go back.

  Thank you for a delightful vacation. The trip was so wonderful that my husband wanted to look for space to stay another month. He is the type that wants to go home after 10 days on the road. The condo was extremely comfortable and our two small dogs were very content. They especially enjoyed the walks to the nearby dog parks and other trails. Thank you again for a very relaxing vacation.   Thank you for sharing your condo in Ocotillo Golf Resort. It was a delightful spacious home away from home. My husband is usually the type that wants to go home after 10 days away. This time he was checking for a place to stay for another month. Does that say he was enjoying himself? We found wonderful places to walk with our two small dogs Lucky & Peppy. Of course the exercise was good for all of us. Thank you for the opportunity. Barb
