Why the Owner Chose El Matador
We looked at a lot of condos in the area and settled at El Matador because of the grounds, the amenities, such as workout room, two pools tennis courts, meeting rooms, the view is beautiful from our living room looks and feels like you are on a cruise ship. The ground are kept very nice and the staff are good people.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
You are on the most beautiful beach in the world, white sand looks like sugar, you are around some of the best golf in the world, best fishing, best eating places and the prices most people can afford. You are directly on the beach to hear the gulf tide roll in. The color of the water is beautiful .

I have other rental properties such as apartments, mini-storage complex, commercial complex, and another condo on the island in Fort Walton Beach. I am married with grandchildren and have been in business for many years. I believe in honesty in all my dealings and treating my fellow man the way I would like to be treated. I was raised in northeast Arkansas and southeast Missouri on a farm and know the value of work. I was raised by a minister and know the value of my spiritual life as a Christian.
