We would like to invite you to join us and share the experience of vising our beautiful & spacious 2BR/2BA condo in Beachside II, ON THE BEACH in the Sandestin Resort.
This unit is on the 18th floor - the highest floor of any rental in the building. It is truly like staying in a "penthouse". THE VIEW IS ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS. There is a king bed in the master, and 2 twin beds in the guest. Both have their own bathroom & TV. The living room has a large TV with DVD player and surround sound. WiFi is also available.
Our home has a master bedroom with a KING SIZE BED and opens directly onto the balcony. Wake up each morning to a fabulous view of the ocean from the "wall of windows". The floors are a beautiful porcelain tile, as they are throughout the unit. The adjoining bath has a walk in shower with a gorgeous view of the resort. There is a large closet, and unique cabinetry in the bath.
The second bedroom of our home also features a balcony with a view to the bay side of the resort. The view from this vantage is truly awesome, especially at night, when the lights of the Village of Baytowne Wharf come alive. It has twin beds with custom headboards and rich mahogany furnishings.
The kitchen is particularly spacious, for a beach front unit, with custom maple glazed cabinets and solid granite counter tops. Appliances are stainless steel and you will find the kitchen well equiped, just in case you find yourself dining in one night.
You can sit on your Gulf Front balcony & listen to the daily Live Band playing (Jimmy Buffet type music suitable for the entire family) in the afternoons in-season - at the Finz (aka Elephant Walk) pool below. Enjoy all the activities of the resort, as well as the shopping, dining, and entertainment at the Village of Baytowne Wharf.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING ALLOWED IN THIS CONDO OR THE BALCONIES!!!
The pricing listed is current for 2009. Additional fees include $110 one time cleaning fee and 11.5% Florida tax. We also require a $250 security deposit which is fully refundable if there is no damage to the unit. We will accept a personal checks or money order; sorry, no credit cards.

HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY – No refunds will be given unless:
1. The National Weather Service order mandatory evacuations in a “Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area” and / or
2. A “mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm / Hurricane Warning” area of residence of a vacationing guest.
THE DAY THAT THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE ORDERS A MANDATORY EVACUATION ORDER in a “Tropical Storm / Hurricane Warning,” area, we will refund:
1. Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered.
2. Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted: and
3. Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the “Hurricane Warning” period

It was our favorite vacation-------loved the condo!!! Will certainly come back next year. The facility was top notch and we enjoyed the views from our balcony. We rented bikes for the week and rode around the complex every morning for a great work out. The condo was even more beautiful than the pictures------I want a shower with that view!!!! Thanks for making our vacation wonderful!

"Our stay was wonderful. We really enjoyed the area, and the view from the condo was fantastic! The furnishings and decor were beautiful, and that has to be the largest condo kitchen I've ever seen! We were very comfortable -- the AC worked great, and we had plenty of hot water. The DVD player was a real hit with our son -- he watched "Cars" 5 times... Also, we had a couple of questions for Wendy during our stay, and she was terrific -- really responsive and helpful. We also found you to be very responsive and helpful, and made our first rental through VRBO very easy.

I just wanted to let you know we had a wonderful time in Destin. The condo was just beautiful. We couldn’t have asked for anything better. Please let the Brooks family know we are very appreciative to them for allowing us use of their condo. It was our first time staying at Sandestin, and now we are spoiled!
