We stayed 4 nights in this beautiful location and it was just an amazing experience. The condo was extremely clean and very well decorated. When making our reservation, Ms. Lillian was extremely helpful and very prompt in answering any questions. We ended up extending our stay by one night, and doing so was not a problem. The views from the balcony and master bedroom are breathtaking. The one negative I have to mention is the lack of a reliable internet connection. It was not that big of a deal for us, but it is listed as a amenity. This may have been resolved by calling Ms. Lillian, but it was not a priority for us and we did not see the point. My family and I are looking forward to our next stay!

On a positive note the Homeowners Association is contracting with a new wireless service so we hope to have better connectivity in the future. The best reception is on the ocean front balcony. The view is pretty awesome there too ! Enjoy !

This condo is amazing! We have been home only 24 hours and already are looking to see when we can go back . The pictures do not do it justice! The view was spectacular. We had a fabulous time. The owner was very helpful in answering my questions and gave us some helpful information that made our stay more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this property to any one we know going to Destin. A huge thank you to the owner for helping us have such an amazing vacation!

My husband & I just enjoyed a wonderful getaway at your beautiful condo. Photos just can't do it justice. It is beautifully decorated, clean and oh-so-comfortable. The view can't possibly be matched from any other location; it's not often you can sit up in bed and watch a lovely sunrise! We highly recommend this unit and look forward to returning for another visit.

We spent our honeymoon in this condo and it was amazing. Extremely clean with beautiful decor. Great view of the ocean. We even saw dolphins from the balcony. I can't imagine a better place to enjoy Florida's Emerald Coast. Thanks so much for your hospitality.

My wife and I plus another couple shared this condo for two nights and it was wonderful. It was cold the weekend we were there but the view was great. I would rent again if we head back that way.

My new wife and I just stayed in this unit and I'll say that it TOTALLY lives up to the expectation!! The views are spectacular from every room and it is very clean and comfortable! It is convenient to everything Destin has to offer yet is quiet for a romantic getaway! We will DEFINITELY be coming back!

It was our favorite vacation-------loved the condo!!! Will certainly come back next year. The facility was top notch and we enjoyed the views from our balcony. We rented bikes for the week and rode around the complex every morning for a great work out. The condo was even more beautiful than the pictures------I want a shower with that view!!!! Thanks for making our vacation wonderful!

This was our second stay in one of the Brooks' condos, this time with the entire family. We had a fantastic trip, beautiful weather, a gorgeous condo, and can't wait for our next trip to Destin. "Our stay was wonderful. We really enjoyed the area, and the view from the condo was fantastic! The furnishings and decor were beautiful, and that has to be the largest condo kitchen I've ever seen! We were very comfortable -- the AC worked great, and we had plenty of hot water. The DVD player was a real hit with our son -- he watched "Cars" 5 times... Also, we had a couple of questions for Wendy during our stay, and she was terrific -- really responsive and helpful. We also found you to be very responsive and helpful, and made our first rental through VRBO very easy.

I just wanted to let you know we had a wonderful time in Destin. The condo was just beautiful. We couldn’t have asked for anything better. Thanks so much. We had a wonderful visit. This is the third summer we have visited Beachside II and this was the best stay ever. The fireworks were fantastic! We hope for a repeat next summer.

We had a wonderful time in Sandestin, and the condo was beautiful. What a great way to start the day by enjoying coffee from the balcony overlooking the Gulf. We really enjoyed our stay.

We greatly enjoyed the condo for the entire month. The view is, of course, unsurpassed and we enjoyed it every day. The shower, tub commodes, bath lavatories -- the baths overall -- were first rate! The kitchen was also large, convenient with decent appliances, nice cabinets, counter tops, etc.
