Wonderful rental!

We stayed at this rental for 3 weeks Jan 2011. We had an amazing time, one of our most enjoyable trips to Tahoe. I needed a peaceful place to work on a manuscript and my hubby joined me, he was also working on a business project. We were able to get a lot of work done, the rental is very peaceful and we had room to spread out. There is also WIFI and our mobile phones worked perfectly. So if you need a rental that is conducive to working, consider this place. On top of the peaceful setting, we were able to take a soak in the private hot tub and watch the sun set from the ridge top balcony. What an excellent way to end the day! And we were close enough to town that we could head to town and have a dinner out and watch a movie. The house is very cozy and comfortable, it's very well set up for a family or a couple. There is a washer/dryer in the rental and the kitchen has everything you need to cook a great meal. The living room is very comfortable, we spent many evenings in front of the fire watching a movie and relaxing. We had no complaints about the place, and the guy who manages the rental, Tom, was absolutely wonderful. Even collected several parcels for us at his office. We will def stay at this place again and have told all of our family and friends about the place. Also, if you do ski/snowboard, there is a neighborhood lift 2 minutes drive from the house, Boulder Lodge at Heavenly. We were able to get out and ski a few days and it was so much easier than having to deal with the Gondola down in town, no crowds and you can park, easily walk right to the lift, and get on the chair, nothing easier than that!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Vacation Period - 07/09/10 to 07/17/10 We had a wonderful time at this Property. The accomodations were good, and would reccommend friends to stay here. The views of the Mountains and the Lakes could not have been better from the Townhouse. The weather was great - 45 degrees at night / 82 degrees during the day. It was one of the best vacations we have had. This is definately a vacation spot we would come back to. The only drawback was the 38 steps from the Parking Lot to the Front Door (It was good exercise though) Fred and Alp
