You can't find a much better location. Our condo is convenient to everything you want. We're on the 14th fairway of the Park City golf course tucked into a quiet area across the street from Park City Mountain Silver Star chairlift and Village. Very comfortable 1700 sq. ft. condo with two separate Master Bedrooms, each with it's own bath and queen size bed with down comforters. One is on the ground floor, one is on the second floor. A third queen size bedroom is secluded on the third floor. A seperate sleeping loft with a new twin over queen bunk is also on the second floor. New this year is a washer and dryer in the main bath area, and a 42' flat screen with blue ray DVD in the living room area. WI-FI, and NETFLIX streaming is also provided.
You can walk across the street and access Park City Mt. in 4 minutes. Pick up your lift ticket at the Silver Star lift and avoid all the lines!
Using the free Park City Shuttle (shuttle stop across street from front door),you can also ski Deer Valley (rated #1 by Ski Magazine),The Canyons, or ride up to Main Street and enjoy the fine dining and shopping. Pine Mountain touring runs a groomed cross country ski track on our golf course all winter.
If the kids need a safe place to play in the snow, our unit has plenty of common open space to enjoy right next to it.
After a rewarding day of skiing, come home and relax those muscles in our private in-deck Jacuzzi, and look at the stars!

Once a year my three sisters and I meet at a fun location for a few days to catch up and enjoy each others company. This condo was perfect for our 2012 get together! It's very centrally located.....you can walk or drive to just about anything in town or on the ski hill. The kitchen was fully stocked, equipment was easy to use and the beds were extremely comfy. The condo and the whole complex is well maintained and very quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would book again in a heartbeat.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

7 of us stayed at this condo for a family reunion of sorts and it couldn't have worked out better. The living space is spacious, kitchen well equipped and the proximity to the lift is ideal! The ski shop right there at Silverstar Lift was a pleasant surprise, too. Great people working there and you can leave your stuff overnight and walk home in your snow boots. Hope to return to this condo...owners were great to work with and responsive to all questions.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We had a fun and comfortable stay at this condo. There was more than enough space for our large group with plenty of accommodating features. This place is clean, well-stocked, perfectly located (across the street from the ski lift and a quick jaunt downtown), has beautiful views, lots of space for us and the kids to play just outside the door, and the jacuzzi was exceptional! We would easily choose this place to stay again and highly recommend it!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

A bunch of friends and I stayed for a week in mid-March. The condo was perfect - neat, clean, roomy and stocked with everything we needed. Plus it seemed like a great value. The location was close to everything - a quick drive to the Park City Mountain base/shops/restaurants, or a short walk for those who wanted to get right to the slopes. Would definitely recommend. And the skiing/boarding at PCM was amazing!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, adventure seekers, sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We leased this condo and spent Christmas week in PC. There were 6 us of in our group and we all had plenty of room and a great bed each night. This condo has a very warm feeling of home. Centrally located to everything! The views off the decks are breathtaking. We created some great memories and seeing our kids eyes on Christmas morning gazing at the snow out the window was priceless. A must stay in Pak City!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children.

About the owner: As a semi-retired professional pilot living in The Dallas Ft, Worth area of Texas, I enjoy 'getting away' to the mountains of Utah. We have two kids (now in their twenties) and both learned to ski at Park City and Deer Valley. The Park City area has become a special place for our family.
Why the Owner Chose Payday:
We decided on Park City after skiing all the other major ski area in the West. Park City won best overall. It's easy to get to and has great snow. Deer Valley consistently is voted a top ski area in the USA by Ski Magazine.
