WILE AWAY COTTAGE
This Lovely cottage was built in 1919. It is situated in the oldest and first subdivision in Estes Park and sits on a half acre lot with its own rock outcropping (great for kids). The Al Fresco neighborhood is nestled in mature ponderosa pines which helps shield the property from the wind, a rarity in Estes Park.
Very peaceful and quiet yet it is only .7 miles from Downtown Estes. Only .25 miles to the famous historic Stanley Hotel, Safeway grocery store, and 4 miles to the north entrance to RMNP.
Much of the home has been remodeled and is tastefully decorated with fun, mountain theme decor, homemade quilts and log furniture.
It has a great backyard patio with a gas bbq grill where you can view all the wildlife who are frequent visitors to the neighborhood. And on those cool nights you can sit and enjoy the orginal river rock fireplace, which is gas and can be used year round. After a day of hiking, fishing, shopping, and site seeing you can relax in the private outdoor Hot Tub.
This cabin is to be enjoyed year round.

My husband celebrated our 20th anniversary with a week in Estes Park - this cottage was the perfect place to stay! Ideally situated above the crowds in town, charming and comfortable. We didn't want to leave and will stay here again, definitely!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car.

Our family enjoyed spending the Christmas holiday in this lovely home. We appreciated tha special "holiday decorations' that added to our good times. All the modern conveniences added to our comfort, and the appearance of several deer in the backyard was a special delight. Thanks for a memorable holiday experenice.
