Welcome to our condo in the world-class Mexican beach-front paradise, Puerto Vallarta! Most people have already been here so they know how fun and relaxing it really is! Everyday is a cause for a celebration in Puerto Vallarta with fine restaurants, crazy and wild nightclubs, fun shopping, art galleries, and it's natural beauty of a traditional Mexican town.
Our condo has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths with a large balcony that has a big private hot tub. This is a brand new condo so everything looks beautiful. It has a very spacious kitchen that is fully equipped to prepare delicious meals (cooking utensils, coffee maker, toaster, and blender). There is a laundry room that includes a storage bin with extra blankets, bed sheets, beach towels etc. It is 5 min away from downtown (Malecon) where all the action happens and walking distance to malls, stores, fine restaurants and nightclubs.
This condo was designed professionally by an interior designer. It is on the 2000 Tower of the Grand Venetian which is the one right in front of the beach (the best one!). It is on the 9th floor so your view is just unbelievable. Our condo has a 360 degree view of all of Puerto Vallarta that includes a view of the ocean, marina, and the beautiful lights of the town. You really must experience the feeling of relaxation and freshness of waking up to this site.
The Grand Venetian is gated with 24 hours security.

Excellent vacations, George made everything easy for us, the condo is really nice, the service is pretty good. The price is excellent. Thanks George for everything, if you are going to Vallarta this is the best place to stay.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers.

"We had an excellent stay during our week in Puerto Vallarta. The Grand Venetian is part of three high rises located within a very private gated community. Working with George was simple, he was always willing to accomodate our travel needs and ensure everything was properly arranged prior to our arrival. We were traveling with a toddler so initially we were a bit concerned given that no one had rated this property. After a few emails and phone calls with George, we were confident and greatful that we had found the right owner and location for our summer get away. Thank you George for allowing us the opportunity to stay at your lovely condo. The pictures listed here certainly do not do justice to the beautiful condo. We will be back again and we will want to stay at your lovely place."
