A beautiful green lawn accompanies the sandy beach for lawn games or just tossing the football. Facing the beach is a very large patio, with pergola, for those who seek shade. It is the most used "room" in the house with lots of area to dine or recline and enjoy the outdoor wet bar. The kitchen will accommodate multiple cooks with two sinks, two ovens, a six burner stove and side by side fridge.
Shopping and entertainment are just 10 minutes away, either in Saugatuck/Douglas or South Haven. From farmers markets to live theater, you will find something for everyone.
After enjoying the colorful sunsets you may want to cozy up to the firepit, which also faces the lake, and enjoy some smores and conversation. Wood provided.

This house is great for multiple family gatherings. Very spacious with lots of lawn area, 100 feet of beach to play on and lots of sleeping space. Has two gathering rooms so that multiple activities can be going on simultaneously.

We rented this house for this New Year's. It was just amazing!!!! The place was huge. We had 15 ppl and there were plenty spots left. Everything was provided: blankets, towels (new condition) and other kitchen stuff. It is right on the lake so the views are amazing. Overall it was very cozy and beautiful: two fireplaces, bunch of different set-ups for breakfasts, dinners, and other fun times. It stands far away from neighbor houses which provides great privacy for loud nights. We are planning to come back to this place in the future for sure. Highly recommend!!!!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with young children.

Highly recommend this rental property. Huge house, fully furnished, well-equipped with just about anything you can need. Very spacious, plenty of space for 15-20 people to stay for several days. Excellent view of Lake Michigan from 1st and 2nd floor. Great outdoor, including spacious, well-maintained laws, plenty of outdoor seating, and playing/relaxing area in front of and at the back of the house. Easy access to the beach. Great sandy beach, very private. Sufficient beach chairs/umbrellas etc provided. Breathtaking views. Overall, we had a great experience, and would rent again year after year.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, families with young children.
