One of the most outstanding features of "Durango Del Mar" is the upper sunset deck. It offers beautiful sunset views in late afternoon and is ideal for candlelite dinners and star gazing at night. It provides a place you can simply relax and bring your family with lots of space available for everyone. From your welcome to departure everything is in place for a perfect stay. Light, airy, and spacious, "Durango Del Mar" offers guest both privacy and luxury.
The lower level of the townhome boasts the master suite with a king size bed, TV/DVD player, a separate shower and tub in the master bath, and you will enjoy the luxury cotton sheets and towels when it is time to refresh and retire after a long day on the boat or at the beach.
The master suite opens to a sitting room with a queen sleeper sofa and your own washer/dryer so you can return home in style after a week of paradise. The sitting room opens up to the lower deck/dock with access to the upper sunset deck. Also on the lower level is a guest bedroom with twin beds, TV and its own private bath.
The upper floor of "Durango Del Mar" features one large living-dining-kitchen area which always stays cool and comfortable. The fully equipped kitchen is set up with a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, four-burner stove, a large stainless refrigerator/freezer combination with an ice maker, and dishwasher. The dining area accommodates 6 people with 2 additional at the breakfast bar.
The living room features an entertainment center with a TV and DVD player, queen sleeper sofa and opens to the sunset deck which invites you to laze away the day, read a book or enjoy a drink while taking in the beautiful views of the canal. The guest bedroom on the upper level offers a queen bed, TV, and its own private bath.
If you have to stay connected "Durango Del Mar" also includes wireless high speed internet access via cable modem.
Just a short distance from "Durango Del Mar" is the Gulf of Mexico. The beaches here are lovely and the atmosphere is very, very relaxing. Unwind on the sunset deck, enjoy a stroll down to the beach, or bring your own private boat and enjoy the beautiful waters of Destin.
