The master suite opens to a sitting room with a queen sleeper sofa and your own washer/dryer so you can return home in style after a week of paradise. The sitting room opens up to the lower deck/dock with access to the upper sunset deck. Also on the lower level is a guest bedroom with twin beds, TV and its own private bath.
The upper floor of "Durango Del Mar" features one large living-dining-kitchen area which always stays cool and comfortable. The fully equipped kitchen is set up with a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, four-burner stove, a large stainless refrigerator/freezer combination with an ice maker, and dishwasher. The dining area accommodates 6 people with 2 additional at the breakfast bar.
The living room features an entertainment center with a TV and DVD player, queen sleeper sofa and opens to the sunset deck which invites you to laze away the day, read a book or enjoy a drink while taking in the beautiful views of the canal. The guest bedroom on the upper level offers a queen bed, TV, and its own private bath.
