The master bedroom has a king size bed, a large dresser, two bedside tables and a brand new 46" Sony Bravia flat screen TV with full HD and a blue ray DVD player.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a triple dresser with a chest of drawers, bedside tables and a TV with DVD player. The second bathroom is ensuite to this bedroom.
The third bedroom/den features a leather couch which folds out to become a queen size bed and also has a TV with DVD player complete with a desk and computer with printer, fax and scanner.
The eat-in kitchen boasts a brand new 'state of the art' Viking convection oven complete with an induction cooktop & includes a full set of Viking 'induction friendly' pots and pans, an avid cook's dream. It also has an 'L' shaped leather couch and a TV with DVD, VCR and CD players.
The dining room comfortably sits six and the living room has wall to wall west facing windows overlooking the golf course.
A $500 USD membership transfer fee allows guests to play golf and dine at the Copperleaf Country Club. The meticulously manicured, par 72, 18 hole golf course has 5 tee boxes to accommodate all levels of golfers.

We chose Copperleaf at the Brooks because of the beautiful golf course, lovely clubhouse, and the proximity to Naples, the beach, and Coconut Point Shopping center. The pristine condition, style and quality of furnishings of the unit itself was irresistible.
The Unique Benefits at this Carriage Home
The immaculately groomed, 18 hole, par 72, golf course has 5 sets of tee blocks on each hole making the course play from 4200 to 7200 yards, allowing us to play at our level. Some of the unique benefits at Copperleaf is the low density of the community allowing easy availability to the golf course and the fine dining in the club house restaurant.
