Casa Nidia is centrally located in the beach town of San Juan del Sur, Nicaragua: one block from the colonial Catholic church and community park. The quaint home is only a short walk from the expansive San Juan Beach and the restaurants that border it.
The home is equipped with modern amenities including cable television and air conditioning. There are five bedrooms in the home that will accommodate up to 10 guests. One bedroom has a king sized bed, one has a queen bed and the three remaining rooms have double beds. Three bedrooms have private bathrooms and air conditioning. The other two rooms share a nice bathroom. There are two patios for outdoor relaxing (one on the lower level and one on the second floor). The main living space boasts an open floor plan and a kitchen with extensive counter space. Adjacent to the home is a gated parking area that is supervised by the owners of Casa Nidia. Housekeeping and chef services are available upon request for an additional cost.
Guests looking for the unspoiled beauty of Nicaragua and the conveniences of a small town will greatly enjoy this location. Access to recreational activities is boundless; among other things one can surf, ride horses, take in a canopy tour, hike volcanoes, and stroll along beautiful beaches. The town itself is home to a variety of restaurants that range from the posh luxury eating establishments such as 'El Pozo', to the many grilled chicken vendors that spot the street corners.
