The stunning view from this 2nd floor, 1 bedroom, 1-bath villa at The Breakers complex will be one of the highlights of your island vacation. The long entry hall first gives access to the bedroom, which has a queen-size bed, then to a small alcove with a stack washer/dryer and a full bath beyond, and finally ends at the sunny main living area. In this room are the dining table, sleeper sofa, TV/VCR/DVD, a galley style kitchen area, and a large slider door to the balcony.
The view from both the living area and the balcony includes the complex pool, kiddie pool, the landscaped grounds, the dunes, the beach and the ocean beyond. The Breakers complex pool is heated for the months of March and April. Forest Beach stretches along the Atlantic Ocean between Shipyard and Sea Pines Plantations. Bike paths and neighborhood lanes on North and South Forest Beach eventually draws to Coligny Plaza, the hub of the Forest Beach area.

This unit is very outdated. The paint on the ceiling is peeling, the ac is noisy (I had to wear earplugs), there is an artificial plant on the balcony that is broken in half, the window coverings are old and dirty and the "queen" size bed is more like a "full" size bed. Location is great and the view from the balcony is great.
