Little Bit of Heaven Cabin is an old "bed and breakfast property" with a "two bedroom" main living area (usually owner occupied but available for special occasion rentals), separate entranced romantic one room cabin, and separate entranced "suite"....all rental opportunities offer a stunning Center Hill Lake view along with all the amenities to make a PERFECT getaway of your DREAMS. Each rental has a private deck overlooking the lake (perfect for viewing the lake sunset, watching the eagles sore or relaxing to the sound of hummingbirds while grilling outdoors) full kitchenette/bath and living area along with HD/Direct TV Wi-fi accessibility.
Little Bit of Heaven "Cabin" is a one room "rustic" area complete with full bed, living area (and pull out couch), kitchenette and fully bath. It sleeps 2 comfortably and can accomadate up to 4 individuals. Private deck, HD TV and wireless internet included. Pet friendly.
Little Bit of Heaven "Suite" is a spacious, one room hide-away with a separate private entrance and private deck with beautiful views Center Hill Lake! A spacious living area provides comfort and seclusion, decorated with a Pottery Barn feel. Queen sized bed, living area (couch and 2 chairs), portable additional bed in closet, kitchenette, flat screen HD Direct TV, living area, Wi-fi available. Again, sleeps 2 comfortably but can easily accomodate up to 4 individuals. Pet friendly.
The main house includes two bedrooms (with full lake views from your bed), 2.5 baths, full kitchen, living room and sun room with a large deck. Beautiful views of the lake from "every" room in the house. The main house is available only for special occasion rental and is not pet friendly. Sleeps 4 comfortably but can accomodate up to 6 individuals.
All 3 rental properties included in Little Bit of Heaven are secluded and quiet (each wit private decks), and the property is wooded and mountainous high on a hill overlooking Center Hill Lake...Main house, Cabin and Suite ALL have incredible Lake Front Views!
Cabin and Suite rent for $135 per night with one time cleaning fee of $60. Special rates apply to weekly rentals or when renting both cabin and suite for same dates. Main house rental negotiated upon request.

Me and my husband went and stayed in the cabin of a little bit of heaven and it was perfect!!! It was our 1 yr. anniversary and just wanted a romantic getaway and this was perfect.The view from our balcony was beautiful. We went to Burgess Falls which was only a 25 min. drive and saw the the most gorgeous waterfalls. If you and your significant other want a get away, this is the perfect place!!!!! Very peaceful and private.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, sightseeing.

My friend and I rented the cabin portion for a girls' weekend. The cabin was very clean and welcoming, as was Mr. McCormick, whom we had the opportunity of meeting. We were new to the area and he was able to give us a lot of good tips on where to go and how to get there. I would definitely recommend visiting this property! I have given a heads up to my parents and they are thinking about visiting and enjoying this Little Bit of Heaven as well. The view is spectacular and I very much enjoyed sitting out on the swing at night checking out the stars. The only downfall is that while the view is excellent, you have to travel to get to the water - you can't just walk out the back door and be on the water. However, a quick trip back on the interstate and up a couple of exits and you are at Hurricane Marina and Floating Mill, where you can jump on your raft and float your stress away! We also rented wave runners skis at Jbeez which is on the same exit, and that was a great experience. The people there were super helpful and friendly and we had a great day on the water. I'm hoping to come back sometime in the near future! I could spend forever on the water!
Owner response: Center Hill Lake is controlled by US Corp Of Engineers, land around the lake is controlled by Corp, that land can not be build on or have a dock on the water, so lake residence has to be above Corp property and to have a view-above Corp property tree line. The upside of this is Center Hill Lake is BEAUTIFUL AND NATURAL The only exception to dock on water & direct access is Alan Jackson-hey I ok with that. Yes can walk to water from Little Bit of Heaven down a road. Cookeville Boat Dock/Marina is 10-15 min from Little Bit of Heaven: rent a boat, put in or leave boat over night. + great restaurant on water with best catfish and whole made pies on Center Hill Lake. Additional Marina & sand bech area 30 min.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, romantic getaway, age 55+, pet owners, sightseeing, families with young children.

We spent the weekend here and loved every minute. The view is really worth the trip in itself, yet the room was beautiful, comfortable and had everything we needed. You cannot go wrong with this location! It is close to Cookeville boat dock and Del Monaco winery. We will make this a regular visit for us.
