'Anrica' has been our beloved family vacation home in Panama City Beach since 1957. It is a beautifully decorated, 3,500 square foot, 'Retro Style' house located right on the beach with gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico. 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (each bedroom has its own private bath). Sleeps a maximum of 16.
Huge open floor plan living/dining/kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen also has a 6 barstool counter area as well as a wet bar with ice maker. There is a very large sun deck directly facing the beach and Gulf of Mexico. You walk right off this deck onto our beautiful beach.
In addition to the living room and dining room, there is an enclosed sun porch with additional seating areas and a large dining area facing the beach. The home is completely air conditioned.
Bedrooms as follows:
Bedroom 1 - 1 King Size bed with private bath and large walk-in shower. This bedroom opens onto enclosed porch and has a Gulf view.
Bedroom 2 - 2 Queen Sized beds with private bath and large walk-in shower. This bedroom opens onto enclosed porch and has a Gulf view.
Bedroom 3 - 2 Queen Sized beds and 1 Twin, with private bath and large walk-in shower.
Bedroom 4 - 2 Queen Sized beds and 1 Twin, with private bath and shower/tub combination.
Each bathroom has private outside access, allowing guests to use our outdoor shower when returning from the beach, and then enter directly into their bathroom from outside.
Each bedroom has a large walk-in closet.
3 car carport with entrance directly into the house.
The house is located on a low traffic street with 25 other beach houses. This allows easy and safe walking or bike riding.
