Modern luxury home built in 2008 by a world-renowned architect. The house on nearly three acres, is located just north of Santa Teresa near the very accessible surf beach, Playa Hermosa. The entire front of the house is made of glass and or screens, creating a sense of oneness with the surrounding jungle. There are ocean views from each of the rooms and complete privacy - a true paradise.
The house has three bedrooms and two and a half baths. The master bedroom is located upstairs with its own balcony, bath, double sinks, huge shower, and special lighting. The other two bedrooms are on the first floor and each has its own bath as well as indirect access to the outdoors. One is equipped with a queen size bed and the other, with two twin beds. All rooms have their own air conditioning and fans as well. Lounge in the house on the large sofas, grill a fresh dinner on the grill and enjoy your meal in the fully equipped kitchen.
Outside joins inside- a perfect place to read in the sun or under the umbrellas or you can take a dip in our saltwater infinity pool. Wake up to see a family of monkeys jump from tree branch to tree branch, passing along and eating fruit as they go. A short walk down the road is access to the beach to snorkel, surf or simply absorb the beauty. After you return, rinse off in our outdoor shower or enjoy the garden with coconut and papaya trees, butterflies, hummingbirds, and monkeys.
Drive or bike to town to enjoy delicious local meals such as gallo pinto or try out the array of fabulous international restaurants or fusion restaurants. The fresh fruit batidos will brighten up anybody's day. Make sure to go to Santa Teresa beach to visit the organic farmer’s market each week or to watch the beautiful sunset...it will leave you breathless.

The Unique Benefits at this Vacation Rental
Across the street from a magnificent beach with year round surfing, boogie boarding and tide pools for snorkeling, this home is located outside of the bustle of town but within a five minute drive to fabulous local restaurants. There is Argentinian, Thai, Israeli, French, Fusion and Costa Rican food - all of it delicious and amazingly fresh. There is a farmer's market every Saturday afternoon in town and dancing and music at night. Not far is ziplining or Canopy Tours, horseback riding, hiking and local shopping.
