This place was fantastic. Very cozy, very comfortable, all amenities including a well-stocked kitchen, books, puzzles... 3 couples spent a week and were totally happy with our stay. We were on Harleys and used it as our 'home base' for some really scenic day rides. We cooked some, enjoyed a few of the many restaurants in town, met the friendly neighbors, watched the locals enjoy the public swimming dock next door. Oh and of course counted the moose in the house- and added one to the collection. Gorgeous view of the lake, listened to the lapping water all night. Can't say enough good things about it. It's not luxurious or spotless - it's homey and comfortable and VERY NICE!!!!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway.
