Our rental home is located in an adult community with many attractions. It is located in the township of Oro Valley in the Northwest area of Tucson at the base of the Catalina mountains. It is part of a larger master community within which there are several recreational parks and the excellent Vistoso Golf course. The area is newly developed, upscale, and gated.
We have lived in this community for 5 years during the winter months and have found the "village" to be very friendly and caring. The large clubhouse provides the opportunity to participate in many social activities and functions which are frequently held there. Vistoso Village has only 300 homes, and friends are easy to find. There are a number of groups which form for a variety of activities. Examples are the hiking club, golf groups, book club, exercise classes, craft making classes, card groups, etc, etc.

We chose Tucson because of its ideal winter weather, abundant sunny days, and the bouquet of things to do along the lines of our interests. We chose the particular location because it is an attractive, gated community located in a very scenic and upscale suburb of Tucson at the foot of the majestic Catalina Mountains.
The Unique Benefits at this Patio Home
Our Property is in an adult community with a beautiful club house located just next door. We enjoy putting on our bathing suits and slipping around the corner to enjoy the pools, hot tub, and other amenities. The club house includes a workout room, library, billiards room, kitchen, and craft room. This patio home has a large, comfortable patio abutting a small green belt, thus providing privacy while enjoying meals or general relaxation outside. The interior is beautifully furnished, including large flat screen TV in the den and a second TV in guest bedroom.
