describe this cozy, remodeled retreat! This Non-Smoking, Gulf-Front Condo is one of the closest structures to the water's edge as it was built before the newer coastal setback requirements. In other words, you're practically ON the beach...don't settle for less!
From this ground floor, end unit, take just 3 steps from your patio and you're standing at the top of the beach walkover stairs looking down on one of the most beautiful beaches anywhere!! You can see all the way to Destin via the side picture window. There are 2 sets of sliding patio doors which provide 16 feet of gulf-front view. The resulting panorama is wonderful!
The living and dining area are gulf-front. The bedroom has a king bed while the living area has a queen sleeper sofa. There are 2 cable TVs as well as a DVD player. The entire unit is tiled except for the bedroom which has bamboo hardwood flooring. The attached 'carport' can be used to park your bikes out of the rain (not for vehicles).
The unit is located on quiet Blue Mountain Road which is a side street off of 30-A highway.

AUG 14TH THUR AUG 25TH OUR STAY WAS GREAT. THE WEATHER WAS FANTASTIC. NO OIL AT ALL PEOPLE NEXT TO US WERE SO FRIENDLY AND NICE, MEET CINDY AND FRED FROM TEXAS ALBERT AND MARGO WERE SO NICE AND HELPFUL WHEN WE ARRIVED. THE COUCH NEEDS TO UPGRATED. BUT THE STORMS OVER THE OCEAN WERE SO NEAT TO WATCH AND PLAY WITH THE FISH'S IN WATER WHEN IT WAS CALM. HAD SUN SET TO RIGHT OF US AND A HUGH RAINBOW TO LEFT ALL AT SAME TIME. SO NEAT. LOVE IT. WE HATED TO LEAVE. AND IF YOU COME DOWN GO TO GOATFEATHERS FOOD IS SO GOOD. AND STINKY'S IS GOOD TOO. PEOPLE UP STAIRS WERE A LITTLE NOISY AT TIMES BUT THAT IS TO BE EXPECTED SORRY SO LONG BUT IT WAS SO NEAT TO BE RIGHT ON THE BEACH AND LISTEN TO IT ALL DAY AND NIGHT. LOVE IT LOVE IT THANKS SO MUCH JAY AND KAREN AUG PEOPLERecommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

Just returned from a great vacation at Blue Mountain! The condo was even better than the description. The view was perfect and you literally walk 3 steps to the beach walkover. The beach was beautiful every day. We couldn't have asked for more, especially at this price and in this area. There is great food nearby and the cutest shops. It is close to Destin and Seaside. The owner was great to work with and I would recommend this to anyone who wants a nice quiet vacation. We can't wait to return.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.
