Villas Xichu is a two acre gated private park with eight luxurious vacation rental villas which display Mexican artisans’ exquisite work. You’ll delight in Villa Xichu’s artistic details: hand-carved wooden furniture, delicate stained glass and ironwork, etc. Located among the gardens and interconnected by a telephone switchboard, our premises are very suitable for romantic honeymoons, social events, and family gatherings, as well as for relaxing holidays in our many gardens. Located at the top of a hill just 20 minutes walk to the center of San Miguel de Allende, you can enjoy fantastic views. Maid, gardener and night guard services are available (a cook can be arranged at a very reasonable extra cost). We have two pools, one in the Lower Gardens area and one up next to La Casa de la Rosa Rosa. Two gates are available, one accessing La Casa de la Rosa Rosa, and another one accessing directly all the other luxurious rental homes. Parking space is plenty. We have FREE wireless internet connection in each home or at the gardens. Every villa counts with a fully equipped kitchen (all new amenities), VCR or DVD, TV with cable, CD player, etc. All suites have their own bathrooms; each room accommodates two guests.
Luxuriate in the comfort and privacy of staying in your own personal villa, set in a gated private park located above the colonial city. Enjoy the waterfall and gold fish pond, heated pools, Jacuzzis, and steam/changing rooms. Enjoy reading your favorite book in one of our many gardens. There are also separate entertainment areas with cooking and bar facilities, music and dance areas perfect for large gatherings, weddings, or corporate events.
Your multilingual Mexican hostess Gloria is eager to help you get to know Mexico, its customs and its craftspeople. About the owner: Born in Mexico City in 1954, I studied languages in different countries. By age 30, I had already learned 10 languages and lived in 15 different countries. I travelled to San Miguel de Allende on a 5 day visit, but stayed 4 years instead; I bought the land on which now Boutique Vilas Xichu stands, and started construction of the first villa, La Casa de la Rosa Rosa, in 1999. By 2008 we had eight villas and 2 pools. Last year we added a third pool, a lap pool, and a Conference Center named after my dearest Grandmother Victoria. I love meditation, qigong, and connecting people. I live now in Lebanon (Middle East), always thankful and blessed for my beautiful family and friends. Each villa is like a daughter to me, which was actually HAND CRAFTED by amazing artisans who became FAMILY. Incredible pieces of art in all forms (iron, wood, tile, etc.) are here to pamper your senses. Our gardens, extended in one acre of land, contain centennial trees and volcanic rocks, which add to the peace and magic of Mystic Boutique Villas Xichu.
