This comfortable ground level, single-level two bedroom, two-bath condo is located the Wyndham Resort area of Pagosa Springs which is in the heart of the San Juan Mountains. The area offers spectacular mountain views, fun-filled summers, world class fly fishing, awesome fall colors and the deepest powder for skiing in Colorado. All the ameneties and fun of the major Colorado resorts but without the crowds. A beautifully furnished Southwestern style condo that sleeps 6 providing you with a comfortable and spacious place for your vacation get-away. King sized bed in the master bedroom and twin beds in the guest bedroom. Down blankets for all beds and lots of pillows. Located in the core area of the Wyndham Vacation Resort of Pagosa Spring and convenient to all shopping.
Activities and Attractions
Summer: Hiking, camping, world class fly fishing, Native American archeology (Mesa Verde and Chimney Rock mountain are nearby), golf, tennis, horseback riding, hot air balloon rides (watch launches daily from the dining room), natural hot springs, spa treatments, photography, day trips through scenic vistas, rafting, mountain climbs to over 14,000 feet, and many local festivals.
Fall: Spectacular fall colors, hunting, fishing
Winter: Ski the deepest powder in Colorado at Wolf Creek with nearly non-existent lift lines and groomed runs that satisfy the beginner and intermediate as well as back country skiing that challenges the extreme skier. Additional downhill skiing at Durango Mountain (Purgatory) is 90 minutes away on easy traveling roads. Other winter fun includes cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, and ice climbing. For relaxing after your winter adventure, there’s nothing like the natural hot springs in Pagosa Springs – a favorite spot for the early Native Americans who inhabited the area. And, the Hot Springs center now offers an extensive range of rejuvinating and refreshing spa treatments.

Had a great time in Pagosa Springs. Everything was as we were told it would be and the rate was more than competitive. We will be returning again.Recommended for: Pet owners, age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We had a great vacation at the condo. We brought our grandchildren to learn to ski at Wolf Creek. Their ski school was fabulous.The U S Freestyle Ski team was practicsing right under the chair lift. Best snow in Colorado. The condo was clean, attractive and comfortable. It is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, yet is near stores and restaurants.Tom was very responsive and easy to work with. I will gladly stay here again.Recommended for: Age 55+, adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers.

About the owner: I have owned the condo for around 14 years and continuously invest in the unit to ensure that it is modern and comfortable. I live in the Austin area and try to get up to the condo a couple of times of the year. Our focus is on ensuring that our guests are provided with quality accommodations and leave feeling that they've spent their vacations at a special place.

Centrally located close to everything you would want to do in Pagosa Springs. This is a single level unit on the ground floor with no unit above and backs up to a greenbelt - which means there are no stairs to deal with and the unit is very quiet.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
The condo feels larger than the 1200 square feet. It is decorated in the Southwest style with many original Native American pieces decorating the condo. We upgraded the bedding to make sure you get a great night's sleep so you start out a wonderful day in the nicest area of Colorado.
