VILLA SAN LUCAS is a recent 350 square meters villa, built in a Spanish colonial style on a private 1.500m² tropical property. Nicely cooled by a natural air circulation, it has 5 air conditioned double bedrooms, with 4 bathrooms and 4 restrooms. Two of the bedrooms (one queen-size bed and two twin beds) are in a bungalow, apart from the main house, and share bathroom and restroom. In the villa, a roomy living-room with a kitchen and a large covered terrace opens on a luxuriant garden and the swimming pool. Excursions: Las Terrenas is a dynamic destination. In the immediate vicinity of the villa, the following activities are available: mini golf, horseback riding, fishing, surfing, diving, kitesurf, sailing, hobbie cat, walks to waterfalls, visits of Natural Reservations, humpback whales watching (from February to April).
