This is an end unit on the lake that is completely tiled in living areas and baths. Both bedrooms have Pergo white washed woodlike floors. In the last few years we have purchased new couches and new appliances (stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer).
In the living room the windows and sliders have white wooden plantation shutters. There is a nice shower in the master bath and a tub/shower combo in the guest bath. There is a lanai that can be accessed from the kitchen or dining area. The screened in porch is off the great room over looking the lake. We have a garage that comfortable fits one car and extra parking spots right outside this home.
The shared pool is within a one to two minute walk from the home. Across the street from this beautiful well maintained gated community are restaurants and shopping. You can easily walk 10-15 min or bike ride to access them. There is a Publix grocery store and Super Target within a five minute drive. This has been strictly a vacation home for us until the last few years. We have decided to rent.
We do not have any type of membership associated with the golf club or fitness center in Gulf Harbour. There is a new fitness club within a few blocks that has month to month memberships available.

My family has been vacationing in this area for decades. We would be happy to recommend restaurants and activities in the area. We have all different age groups visit the home. So we have a variety of interests. Due to our long ties to the area we have friends in the area that assist with repairs and cleaning. So even though we are in Knoxville we try to stay on top of any repairs or needs you may have. Please, do not hesitate to contact us anytime.

We lived in the area many years ago and enjoyed the area so much. We hated to give it up, so we have maintained a vacation home. And only have we been renting on and off the last 5 years. We are three miles from Sanibel as well as Fort Myers Beach. Great Location in a gorgeous gated community. Great place to walk and bike in.
