When I purchased this home in December 2008, I felt that it would make a great long term investment as a vacation rental. I have been living in this home since December and have thoroughly enjoyed it. My work is taking me to California and so now seems like a perfect time to convert this to a Vacation Rental to let others enjoy the community and surroundings.

Nice spot for Christmas vacation

We recently stayed over Christmas (2011). The condo was perfect for our family of 4. Here are the highpoints: - split floorplan with the bedrooms on the top level and living space on the middle level - private garage - parks and pools within the gated community - close to loop 202 freeway allowing you to get all over the valley on the freeway (we drove ~600 miles during our week there and ~550 of them were freeway) The lowpoints - it is a 3-level condo and there are a lot of fairly steep stairs. It wasn't a problem for us, but if you have issues with stairs, it would be an issue - it isn't walking distance to much of anything. That's typical of AZ, but you do need to drive to everything

We would highly recommend this property - close to shopping and the mall, and in a picturesque European style community with lakes, parks and pools. We enjoyed walking around the community with our toddler. It was fully equipped with high end touches and you could tell the property owner thought of everything. A great place for anyone - singles, families or couples who want some time away in the sun.

We stayed here for 2 weeks in April-May 2011. We have rented on VRBO before and this unit is extremely well kept. Very clean and well maintained. I will recommend to friends that require a place to rent in Phoenix and we would definitely stay here again. The owner was prompt in replying to emails and phone calls. The San Tan village is within walking distance if you needed/wanted to, or a quick 3 minute drive away. The pools at the complex were very nice, and although they could have used a bit more cleaning that is no reflection of the rental property, just the HOA.***** 5 stars all around. *****

We stayed here for 2 months and would book again in a heart beat. The community is nice, and close to shopping and restaurants. The landlord was very professional and had the place fully stocked for a comfortable stay.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, pet owners, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.
