  We spent a relaxing week at this ground floor condo in South Kihei. It was close to everything we wanted to do . Enjoyed the luau in Lahaina. Loved our snorkelling and dolphin cruise to Lanaii. The pool and hot tub were nice to come back to at the end of the day and were beautifully kept. The condo had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Two great restaurants nearby were Fabiani's and Stella Blue.

  We had an amazing 40th Anniversary week in this well-appointed condo. We enjoyed coffee every morning on the spacious yet private lania. Wi-Fi access was easy and reliable, as we read the news as we enjoyed the Hawaiian atmosphere. The king-sized bed and shower were excellent, as was the well-equipped kitchen. Located very centrally in Kihei, we navigated easily to several beaches during the day (using the awesome Tommy Bahama chairs & boogie boards provided!) and went out to great restaurants for dinner every night. The pool was amazing, but we preferred the beaches. Deb was wonderful to work with and very accommodating in every way. We would definitely stay here again!

  The condo was excellent and exceeded my expectations.All of the facilities and equipment were as stated in the advert and all fit for purpose.I had emailed the owner previously and she was extremely helpful in regard to places to visit and things to do and see. There was a substantial amount of equipment for the beach which we did not need to use and lots of space for the two of us.The place was quiet in an evening and close to shops markets grocery stores etc.

  Pleasant resort with a laid back feel and great space and a large pool... the owner was great and easy to work with and handled all are needs and requests ( and even a bit more to our appreciation) would stay there again no problem.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

  We found this condo with the directions that they gave us very easy. The location was very central and it was easy to get to the beach walking. We were 1st time vacationers on Maui and were disapointed with the amount of traffic. This condo made it easy to get to other places we wanted to see. It was very clean and had alot of the items we needed for the beach. Mahalo for that. When the trade winds blew and the doors were open we never needed a air conditioner. The property was beautiful although the pool heater was broke and the water was cold. We used the grilling area many times and it was fun to talk with all the people that came to grill their supper. Many a glass a wine there. Overall it was a good value and we would rent Deb's Condo if we ever want to return.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

  We were very pleased with the quality of the amenities. Our son had so much fun with all the beach toys and our 3 month old daughter really enjoyed the toys Deb left for her as well. Our stay at unit 5C of the Koa Resort definitely exceeded our expectations and the bar has been set pretty high as far as our expectations go for the rest of our trip (Big Island and Oahu).

  This is a great 1 bedroom condo with the beach across the street. Very quiet at night and the trade winds are nice and cooling plus there is a window unit if needed. It was perfect for us just needing a place to sleep and shower from our many activities. Close to scuba locations, grocery, etc. The bed is really comfortable and we'll stay again the next time we come to Maui.

  Working with Deb was easy and clear. The description or the property was accurate and there wasn't anything we needed other than food. The property was clean and well-maintained, though we couldnt figure out how the jets worked in the hot tob by the pool. The beach is close and the cool breeze at night when the windows are open is refreshing. We enjoyed most the local markets and residents of Kihei. We stayed here for 12 days and I think we did everything on the island that we possibly could. Drove around West Maui and do not recommend the north side of that drive for inexperienced drivers without AWD. Took the road to Hana twice; the first time we got to Hana and returned, and the second time we took the road all the way around. Again, the south side is only for experienced drivers! Drove to Haleakala and--wow!--what a difference an hour can make. Went to Iao Valley State Park and did some hiking there, too. Hiked to many falls and went to a half-dozen beaches. Go in the morning because it does get windy by midday. The condo is near a busy road so you will hear traffic in the mornings and evenings, but it's next to the beach, so what can I say? Bring good trail shoes if you plan on hiking. Don't forget your flipflops though! And try to get to a luau--the Old Lahaina Luau if you can afford it. We also took the 6.5 hour snorkeling tour with the Pacific Whale Foundation--they were great! We will have to come back.

The whales are starting to arrive and it's so amazing to see them in the ocean. There are numerous trails you can hike in Haleakala National Park (camping too), both guided and on your own. Tons of hiking in the rain forest too. Also at the far south end of Maui the old lava fields can be really cool to explore (need strong shoes and decent balance for some of it).   Aloha! Dear Deb and family! Thank you so much for welcoming us to your home. We enjoyed every day of our stay. The Koa resort is close to the beach and all most necessary amenities. The condo has everything you can imagine and not :) especially because we had a small child and Deb thought through everything and beyond: regular toys, beach toys, kids books, DVDs. Condo is equipped with everything for everyday living like you live in your own home - cooking utensils, lots of towels, shopping bags, wide variety of pots and pans, books for causal reading and some very useful about Hawaii. The place is clean and we loved that the cleaning supplies used are environmentally friendly and not scented. There is a lovely big pool with a hot tub a few steps away which made it so continent as that's where we spent a lot of late afternoons or evenings. The property of the resort is clean and well taken care off. Only a few things to mention that the bedroom window is facing out to the street and the traffic can get pretty noisy and there's not much can be done to prevent it. We were so tired from swimming and visiting sights and beaches that we were too tired for it to be in a way of our rest. : ) We were comfortable with the ceiling fans, however for those who can't tolerate the heat it might not be enough. We will be planning our next trip back to visit Hawaii and Koa resort and this condo will be on our list to book! Mahalo and all the best!

  My wife and I had a great stay at this spacious condo in Kehei. The location of the condo to the Kehei area is great, as it is just outside of the busier area, so its only a short drive to all the good beaches and shops. The Condo itself was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed. Deb has an assortment of beach stuff to take with you, so you dont have to purchase or bring beach towels, chairs, boogie board, or sand toys for the kids. The kitchen is large, and well stocked, and has a nice large center island. The Condo grounds are nice, pool is one of the best that ive seen, landscaping beautiful, and the other guest and owners were quiet. I would of gave this property an excellent, except for in order to stay cool you had to have the screens open which let in road noise, but with a nice A/C unit it would be perfect. I would not hesitate to stay there again. Deb was real easy to communicate with also.
