The yard features over 20 varieties of local Arizona vegetation, a custom water fall and stream feature, a custom BBQ and bar with a stainless steel Beef Eater grill, cooking light and electrical outlet (for our Margaritaville margarita maker), a fire pit and lounging area and comfortable patio furniture for outdoor dining. The exclusivity and functionality of the yard makes it perfect for entertaining guests and also for enjoying on your own with the scenic East Valley Mountains in the distance.
In late January 2010, the community of Mountain Bridge will also offer an “Owner’s Club”. The club will offer a large swimming pool with a beach entry, several spas, fitness, tennis courts, a basketball court, a practice putting green, an amphitheater, a clubhouse and several other amenities to enhance your vacation experience.
Not far from Mountain Bridge are the Superstition Mountains, Usery Mountains and Saguaro lake, offering the opportunity to take part in hiking, biking (we provide 2 mountain bikes), boating, fishing, picnicking, swimming, water skiing, sight seeing, dining, paddleboat touring, and many other activities.
Mountain Bridge is also very proximate to the 202 Freeway which provides access to each of the cities in the Greater Phoenix Area (Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Glendale, Gilbert, Chandler). With countless golf courses, shopping malls and restaurants nearby, you are only minutes away from crafting a truly unique vacation.
Serve dinner and beverages right at the BBQ bar, gather around the fire with friends and family, enjoy intimate outdoor dining with beautifully lit cactus gardens and a natural water fall in the background, spend a luxurious afternoon at the Owner's Club or head for a hiking, biking or boating trip in the mountains or at the lake nearby. The company was created by two professionals from Calgary, Alberta that have a passion for real estate and international business. Our Mesa residence is the first of what we hope to be ten properties in North America.
