Beautiful home located in Irvine Terrace, a residential area that is walking distance to Balboa Island and Newport Harbor. Irvine Terrace is located on the ocean side of Pacific Coast Highway and across the street from the Newport Beach Country Club, the Balboa Bay Tennis Club, and Fashion Island Shopping Center- all also within walking distance. Corona de Mar beach is a short drive with beautiful views at sunset and Disneyland is about a 30 minute drive by freeway.
The living area of the house opens on to the pool area and back yard which is perfect for relaxing and being outside. The yard is completely private and fenced. The pool area, however, is not fenced so the house is not suitable for young children. There is an above ground electric spa which is always hot. There is also an entrance patio with a fountain and sitting area.
There are two bedrooms for sleeping and an office where folding sleeping mats can be used as two singles or a double bed. The lounge is an entertainment area with a music bar, two recliners, a love seat, and a quarter bath. There is a large gas fireplace in both the lounge and the living room. There is a separate dining area and a kitchen that is fully equipped for gourmet cooking with an herb garden in the side yard.

This house is ideally located to enjoy all the activities of the Newport Beach area. Walks down to Balboa Island with its quaint shops and ferry access to Balboa Beach are a favorite pastime. Newport Harbor has boat rentals and kayaks as well as the Cataina Flyer to Catalina Island. There are many choices for beach fun including Huntington Beach or Surf City, Newport Beach, and a family friendly beach at Corona del Mar. Crystal Cove State Beach is just down the coast on the way to Laguna Beach which hosts the Pageant of the Masters every summer. Dining choices range from casual to elegant. The Orange County Performing Arts center is 15 minutes away across from South Coast Plaza.
