Welcome to our Home in the Sun. After discovering the natural beauty of this unique area of Phoenix, we'd like to share it with you. We have fully renovated and furnished our spacious, bright condo. We feel we have a beautiful property and offer it to you below hotel accommodation rates.
The Ahwatukee Foothills area is a well kept secret enclave of the Greater Phoenix area. It is divided into two residential areas that are bordered by South Mountain Park on the North and open reserve land on the South. Access to the area is from I-10. The bustle of the I-10 gives way to quiet residential areas with well maintained roadways and manicured trees and shrubs.
The beauty of this property is the ability to hike, bike, walk, swim or golf in a natural desert setting minutes from your door yet have the option of five star dining, world class shopping and several professional sports teams within a short drive.
There is always the unmatched splendor of the Grand Canyon within a four-hour drive. On your way to or from the Grand Canyon you can stop by to see the inspiring red rocks of Sedona. Tucson is a brief hour and a half drive and offers a slightly higher desert elevation with beautiful mountains and plenty of desert culture and art.
Whether you're looking for a winter triathlon training area or golf, shopping and fine dining this is the place for you.
