There is 2 – King, 1 – Queens, 2 – Twins, and well as a queen size sleeper sofa. So you could sleep up to 10 people in this magnificent home. Don't forget that this is also one of the select few homes that has a heated pool!
This home is just moments away from Troon North Clubhouse, golf course, Four Seasons Resort and all the great shopping at Desert Ridge Mall, and City North nightlife. It features a formal dinning room as well as a more casual option of the bedroom. There are three TVs in the house that can be found in the living room, master bedroom, and the 2nd bedroom. There is also a game room where you will find a top of the line pool table for some friendly fun. The back yard features a first class pool with water features that pore into it, as well as a million dollar view that looks out onto the iconic Pinnacle Peak.
