Newly renovated and fully furnished large 3 Bedroom/3 Bath condominium at this exclusive resort. Spectacular oceanfront, coastline, plantation & lake views from 3 separate balconies.
Master Bedroom suite features a King bed with an oceanview balcony. Master Bathroom features its own shower and full bath.
The second bedroom has two queen beds and its own full bath.
The third bedroom has two twin beds with an oceanview balcony and an accessible hallway full bath.
Linens and towels will be provided at no additional charge.
All three bedrooms have 27 inch flat screen TV with cable.
Fully stocked kitchen equipped with utensils, refrigerator, microwave, dish washer and cook top/oven range.
Kingston Plantation is a 145 acre ocean front luxury community with freshwater lakes (bring your fishing rods), lush landscaping, rolling wooded terrain, walking trails, beautiful dunes, secluded beaches and 24/7 gated and roaming security.
Kingston Plantation also offers a world-class health club with fitness & weight rooms, large indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, indoor racquet ball courts and numerous lighted tennis courts.
Admission and use of the health club is available to renters for a nominal charge which must be paid directly to the Health Club.

We have been coming to Kingston's North Hampton since the 1980's and liked it so much that we bought a place! We love it. The building is attractive....the lobbies recently renovated...and the views spectacular. This is a well kept place and the owners take great pride in making it the best! We would love to share it with you!

We are the owners, Jack and DeAnn. Jack is in the golf business and DeAnn works at a non profit mentoring organization. We live in North Carolina and don't get a chance to visit the condo as much as we would like...so we are making it available to others. Maybe I can set you up with some golf as well!
