We absolutely loved staying in this condo!! It is so hard to find a great place to stay on the beach that will meet all the needs of our family and give us the space to feel comfortable and relaxed. The condo was very clean and ready for us when we arrived. We enjoyed the balcony space and the view of the ocean from the balcony. If you are looking for a great Myrtle Beach vacation, book this condo! I certainly will again!!!

Great family vacation

We had a wonderful time in this condo. It was exactly what we expected, and description and photos were accurate with what was posted in the website. The weather was perfect. We had a wide range of ages from a toddler who enjoyed the pools and the beach to her grandparents who enjoyed reading in the afternoon out in the balcony, and even the teenagers were satisfied. The indoor pool was great in the evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped and we took great advantage from it. Grocery stores are nearby to stock up. Plenty of restaurants are also around and a nearby medical center just in case. Jack, the owner was a pleasure to work with. Responded promptly to all inquiries, was extremely helpful and I love how detail oriented he was. Thanks for letting us stay at your place :-)

We just returned from a fantastic stay at your condo in Kingston Plantation. The owner, Jack, is incredibly accomodating and replied quickly to all correspondence. We will definitely be back, and highly recommend this condo!

Great Spring Break Rental

We stayed here for Spring Break 2012 and had a great time. Weather was perfect and the condo is beautiful. Group included 2 adults, 2 18 year olds and 2 16 year olds. The condo was very spacious and it was great to have actual beds for everyone instead of blow up beds or pull out couches. The location of the condo is excellent. Close to lots of things to do off of the Kingston Plantation property, but plenty to do on site as well. The gated property was like an oasis in the potential craziness of Myrtle Beach. The pool at the Hyatt next door is beautiful and we took advantage of the bar there for drinks and lunches as we enjoyed the sunshine. Would definitely recommend.

Very enjoyable 5 week stay

We enjoyed the very comfortable condo! The large balcony affords a pleasant and interesting view of the Hilton pool area and the ocean beach. Always something going on there and since it is right next door, it afforded us the opportunity of an outside heated jacuzzi (2) and a semi-heated pool for the warmer days we had in March. It also has a Tiki bar that serves food as you lounge near the pools or overlooking the beach. The condo itself is very spacious with everything we needed for our stay in Myrtle Beach. The building has its own heated pool for owners and guests only, which we enjoyed also. The security in this particular building at Kingston Plantations is top notch and has a very friendly Management and Security staff. We will certainly consider a future rental here.

We had a great time in this property. It accommodated all 8 of us quite comfortably. The facility is quite clean. We loved the huge Balcony with the ocean view. It is few minute away from all major attractions in Myrtle Beach. The indoors swimming pool in this time of the year (December) came in quite handy. Jack (the owner) is very prompt and detail oriented. He made us feel at home. Strongly recommend it without any reservations.

Girls getaway

This was a last minute decision and one that even months of planning couldn't have made any better. Jack was so accommodating and extremely punctual with replies. The property itself is beautiful. Kingston Plantation was new to us, but is a place we will return to again. The location is perfectly situated so that you're never far from all that Myrtle Beach has to offer. This North Hampton condo has all the best amenities, and parking just in front of the building makes for easy access. We liked the security of the gated community and keyed entry to the main lobby. The property was perfect for a walk or run, and the scenery was more residential than commercial, which really made it feel like home. The spacious condo itself was perfect with each of us having our own room and bathroom. The large balcony was nice to sit on and watch the ocean while eating breakfast, even though it was December. The kitchen is equipped with everything we needed. We so enjoyed our stay in your beautiful condo and cannot wait to return!

Thank you for a great vacation location. This property allowed us an all emcompassing stay. Everything was just as we expected. We were able to enjoy the indoor pool a couple of rainy days, and the other times we enjoyed the beach and the outdoor pools. This was our 3rd annual visit to Kingston Plantation and our 1st time using vrbo. I am so glad we did. Your condo unit was perfect for our family needs. Our in-laws came up and stayed for 2 days and the back 3rd bedroom was perfect for them. The Beds were comfortable and the rooms spacious. I hope you get to enjoy it too. Thanks again for such a smooth transaction and easy communication.

The condo is exactly as described, photos are accurate and the property is clean and well-maintained. The owners are easy to work with and checked in to make sure everything was ok. North Hampton is great for families with teenagers. Being oceanfront and having so many pools at close proximity was wonderful. The tiki bar was a hit with everyone in our family. The location is perfect. I would highly recommend this condo. We are definitely interested in returning to the condo next year. Thank you!

My husband and I spent the week of 5/30 through 6/05 at this condo and enjoyed a week better than anything we had hoped for. The condo was very clean and supplied with everything you could possibly need for a family or couple's getaway. The ocean and beach there are glorious! You have a clear view of ocean from unit balcony and it was perfect place for morning coffee and a time of reflection. Pools, bar and all the resort staff are so friendly and anxious to please. The area is private and secure but at the same time just a short distance from stores, restaurants and entertainment. Our hosts were so gracious and complied with our last-minute request to stay there and went above and beyond to assist us and provide us with an exceptional, memorable beach trip. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone and hope we are fortunate enough to be able to rent it again in the future.

We spent spring break at the condo with our 2 teenage grandsons. It was a great experience. The condo was exactly as advertised with no surprises. Beds were comfortable and the condo was spacious. The indoor pool and hot tub was an added bonus.

Our stay at the North Hampton

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was so quiet it was hard to believe. The indoor pool & hot tub was very relaxing and we used it often after golfing. The two maintenance men were very helpful and pleasant. The condo had plenty of room and the beds were big and comfortable. The complex is gated and you need the key to enter the building which makes you feel very secure. The complex and building are very well maintained and clean.

The condo was as beautiful as the photo's showed it to be! It was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. There were plenty of extra's that were thoughtfully provided as well, such as games to play, DVD's, and magazines to name a few. The kitchen was fully loaded too. We loved the flat screen TV's in each of the bedrooms. The view of the ocean from the living room balony and the view of the lake with the swans and ducks from the bedroom balony was incredible. We enjoyed the location as well. It was close to all the restaurants, stores, golf courses, putt-putt, etc., etc. We enjoyed shopping at Bearfoot Landing until it rained and we "had" to duck in a restaurant until it stopped. The owner we rented from was very professional and easy to work with from start to finish. Everything was in order and all our questions were answered. I would gladly recommend this condo to my family and friends!

Mr. and Mrs. Nance do a wonderful job making the stay a very pleasant experience. The entire process from the rental agreement through check out was very smooth. The description and photos of the condo are very accurate. The condo is very large suitable for multi family stays. The unit is very clean, and kept up. We didnt have any suprises. Parking is plentiful right at the entrance. The pools at the plantation are wonderful, and the beach is spectacular as always. We highly recommend this unit to anyone interested in a 3 bedroom, but please dont book it the week we want to stay next year!!!! The Davis Family Mansfield, Ohio

This was a very spacious Condo. Great location and a ton of things to do. We spent our late night evenings star gazing and watching the ocean roll in for the balcony...Amazing view!... Jack Nance was very easy to work and answered all of our questions very timely. We will be back next year!

My family stayed here the week of Spring Break (April 2010). We had a great experience! The condo is spacious and clean and has an amazing balcony. The condo is centrally located to everything and the beach is a few steps away and beautiful. The owner was great to work with and the rental process was simple and stress free. Will definitely stay here again!

Just wanted to let you know we really enjoyed our stay at your beautiful condo unit at North Hampton located at Kingston Plantation. What a nice place to stay that allows a high level of privacy and rest, but is just a few steps from the pools, beach, spa, and just a couple miles from grocery stores, restaurants, outlet malls, and hundreds of other points of interest. In addition to having the privacy of bedrooms and bathrooms for friends and family, it was much less expensive than a hotel room for the week. Thanks!
