Our little community of cottages is how old Hollywood use to go on vacation.
We are 5 minutes from the ocean and 5 minutes to our quaint downtown. We have bikes if you want to ride them, or walk or take your car. This cottage has parking and an outdoor living area. It is very quiet and peaceful and all the neighbors are great.
We are also a designated backyard wildlife sanctuary . . . lots of birds and who knows what else you might find. We call the compound Island Time of Hollywood . . . the sea shell drive reminds us of far off places so we decorated them with an island theme.
For the season or anytime we are offering our cottage which has a king size bed, a full kitchen and patio. You are tucked away in a half acre lot with plants surrounding you. We have 3 other cottages in the compound for rent seasonally, think of a family reunion! We can sleep around 10 comfortably.
We are very unique! And there is so much to do in sunny south Florida . . . year round!

We have properties in NC, Mass. and Florida and love all of them. Paul and I are both artists and our decorating includes some of our work. Our property in Florida is a national wildlife backyard refuge . . . and we have spotted falcon and all kinds of other animals. We love to go to the Everglades or Miami Beach or Ft. Lauderdale or hang around on our own Hollywood Beach or downtown. Come on over, would love to see you!

Very pleased with this comfortable, petfriendly cottage. The price can't be beat. Near the beach. Near nature areas. Short drive to Miami. Although the beach is not pet friendly, the downtown area is and several county parks are close by. Lots of space in the cottage. Having two bathrooms is a plus. Did all of my own cooking with ample utensils/cookware.Patio area with flowering plants was lovely. S Owners are very accommodating and more than willing to share their knowledge of the area as they live right across the street. We thoroughly enjoyed our week's vacation here.
