Be the first to visit our new mountain home in Keystone, Colorado. COMPLETELY remodeled custom award winning designer 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium just a short walk to the ski lifts and Mountain House base area. Also a short stroll to the River Run base area and numerous restaurants, shops and bars. There's even night skiing for the die hards.
All new designer finishes including stainless steel and granite in the kitchen, new cabinetry througout, custom baths with new tile and granite, trimless glass master shower with steam bath, new carpet, custom hand trowel wall texture and paint as well as new direct vent gas fireplace and surround with built in flat panel TV (flat panel in master bedroom as well). We've left no stone unturned on this remodel and we're sure you'll find it to be a jewel worth returning to for years to come.
The condo will sleep six to nine people comfortably. The master bedroom has a king size bed and twin sleeper loveseat, the guest room has a queen size bed and twin bunk beds, and the living room has a queen size sleeper sofa. There is also a pack and play available for young toddlers. The unit is equipped with its own washer and dryer.
Gorgeous views surround our end unit overlooking protected wetlands, ski slopes, the continental divide and the Ten Mile mountain range. Frostfire is a very small complex and our unit is in close proximity to one of the shared hot tubs (there are 2 in the complex so they're never too busy). This is not a typical squeeze'm in condo; very spacious 1200+ square feet so you'll have plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the views and relax after a hard day of powder skiing. The unit is within easy walking distance to the Argentine and Peru Express lifts (about 5 minutes and approximately 300 gorgeous yards via pristine wetland path and bridge over the river), there is also a free shuttle to both base areas available from the Gateway Plaza, around the corner from the condo. Wifi Broadband, Cable and local phone included. The Mountain House base area is also home to Keystone's children's ski school and learning/daycare center.
The unit will be available for rent starting mid November 2009 but it is still under construction. If booked prior to posting photos of the completed unit, we will refund your payment if you are dissatisfied with the photos once posted. But rest assured, our condo is going to be a 5 star caliber custom retreat.
Convenient access to other world class ski areas including Arapahoe Basin (5 miles and great for early and late season skiing), Breckenridge, Copper and Vail all less than a forty five minute drive. Summer activities include fly fishing in the Snake River and beaver ponds right out the back door, endless miles of hiking and biking, world class golf, and numerous festivals in Summit County.
Keystone is just over an hour from Denver and about 1.5 hours from Denver International Airport. Fee based shuttle service is available from DIA.
