Recently married professional in NYC. My wife's work is at least 1.5 hours away on Long Island so its only fair that I stay with her. My condo is therefore empty most of the time. While we're deciding for a permanent area to plant our upcoming family, a friend suggested that I lease my unit. My first tenant was a business owner from Italy who stayed for 3 weeks. Why the Owner Chose Jersey City
I chose to purchase this unit because the property is very secured, gated/guarded; and of its luxury amenities, high ceiling and very convenient location to NYC. The condo has 3 complimentary private shuttles that take residents/guests to and from the PATH trains to NYC (only 5-8 minutes ). The World Trade Center is only 4 minute train ride. It truly is a great alternative to NYC hotels at a fraction of the cost!
