Located in Via Gregorio VII, 223, app 500 mt from the Vatican and very close to public transportation, farmers market, supermarkets and shopping, there is this very elegant and practical apartment on a third floor in a recent 5 stories building with elevator. Large foyer leads to living room/ dining room with two comfortable alcantara couches, classic wooden table and chairs, marble floors. Beautiful wooden floor in the spacious master bedroom with coordinated furniture, queen size bed, two armchairs and armoire. Second bedroom with tile floor has three twin size beds (two can be adjoined to convert it into a queen size bed). Third bedroom has bunkbed, which can be also converted in a queen size bed, and an armoire. It can sleep up to 7 guests, which is very hard to find, so it will be perfect for a large family. The well equipped kitchen is large and very functional, includes a microwave, a washer, but no dishwasher, and leads to a balcony. Two bathrooms, one with tub and the other one with a stall shower. The apartment is very bright with a large balcony, has central heating, A/C, internet access, cable TV with international channels
