Exceptional luxury “Provencal” house with modern furniture, fully equipped. Perfectly adapted for a large family or up to 5 couples. Dormitory available in the basement for 4 to 6 kids.
Large basement with laundry equipment and freezer. Air-conditioned. Beautiful vast garden with private pool and tennis, large lawns with olive trees and pink laurels. Direct view on the Mediterranean sea (2 miles away). This house is used by us regularly around the year, and is therefore heated during the winter season.
Many inland and sea recreational activities are available in the area. One of the most beautiful golf of the Provence region (18 holes) is at 20 minutes drive (La Fregate). We are in a wine region with a lot of vineyards such as Bandol and “Cote de Provence”.
Easy access by plane (Marseille airport with many daily connections from Paris (one hour flight); 4 hrs by train (TGV+ local) from Paris; Autoroute A50, exit 9 at 10 mn from the property.
