You are within 2 minutes of "The Pavillions" a shopping center with a Von's Super store. You are about 10 minutes from "The River" where you will find fine dining, movie theaters and everything your need. In 15 minutes you are on famous "El Paseo" where shopping never ends.
There are at least 10-20 golf coures within the area that are public and semi private, so bring your clubs!
Rancho Mirage is located in the middle of the Hwy 111, so you are only 20 minutes to Palm Springs and 20 minutes to LaQuinta, and it's old town, full of fun shopping, dining and golf.
The home is fully equipped so you only need to bring your suitcase and golf clubs, all amenities are supplied.
I have a wonderful woman named Norma Diaz, who can cook for you, serve your guests, the clean up afterwards. She is happy to help you with any housekeeping needs or any additional needed requests
No expense was spared in remodeling this home to the highest quality. I am told by guests that I have very understated this home, it is so much better than the photos that you see, which I believe are great. You will be more than pleased with this home, you will be awed for sure!
Additions to this home are being made this spring to the outside dining area, where you will see copper over hangs and gutters.

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
I purchase this property due to it's location and the solidude of the exclusive neighborhood. The home is minutes away from everything in the valley. You can get anywhere in the valley in 15-20 minutes. Shopping, golf, theatres abound in the area. I wanted to be within in the middle of the valley in an in the smallest of all cities in the desert. It affords privacy, luxury and is surrounded by many large mansions. The home has great bones, great for entertaining,golfing, relaxing by the pool. Many spa's are close by for us women who enjoy being pampered. This home will pamper your soul. I purchase this home and remodeled it for myself they way I like to live. If you love the 4 Seasons, you will like this home more!
The Unique Benefits at this House
The home affords a large beautiful kitchen, fully equipped with anything you needs. The kitchen flows out to a great room so you can be cooking while still visiting with friends and family. The outside dining includes a built in DCS BBQ, with all the bells and whistles. The pool area can be seen from the kitchen, living and master suite. There is inside dining, but I prefer the outside dining area overlooking the beautiful outside landscaping, truly manicured. No expense was spared in this home. The beds are all of the highest quality, covered in 850 thread count linens. TV's are in all the rooms, DVD's in living and master. Wireless internet is provided.
