This lovely almost new home is located in beautiful Herons Glen Golf and Country Club with an 18 hole Championship PGA certified golf course. The community offers tennis, billiards, shuffle board, bocce, a library, card and game room, ceramics, painting, bingo, and parties and dancing in the Grand Ballroom, besides the previously mentioned activities. The clubhouse has large pool and jacuzzi next to the restaurant and lounge.
You are located midway on the lake of the 12th fairway overlooking the green. The house has 2 bedrooms, a den with a queen size sleeper sofa, mission end table, computer desk and storage cabinet. The master suite has a Key West bedroom suite, king bed, two night stands and matching dresser, TV, and large walk-in closet. The guest suite has a contemporary canopy bed, two matching night stands, and a 5 drawer matching chest. A radio intercom system provides music through out the house.
The spacious living area with large sofa and matching love seat, flat screen TV with DVD player, look on to double sliding glass doors that open onto the extended screened-in lanai bringing the living area outdoors. The fully equipped kitchen has corian counter tops, upgraded cabinets with pullout shelves, and an extended breakfast bar. A breakfast nook and two car garage complete this home. Should you require high speed internet, it is available by renting the service and modem from Comcast.
Watch spring training with the Red Sox or Minnesota Twins in Fort Myers, or see the Tampa Rays in Port Charlotte. You are just 30 minutes to an hour from beautiful beaches. You can also visit, Orlando, Tampa, Miami, the Everglades, Key West or Kennedy Space Center within a few hours. Sanibel island, Marcos Island, Naples, and Punta Gorda are within close driving distance. There are lots of shopping outlets and malls, and many cultural attractions such as the Barbara Mann, Broadway Palm, School House, the Florida Rep theaters, and the Gulf Coast and Southwest Symphonies. At lower speed it continues to dehumidify without lowering the temperature. Also automatically switches from cooling to heating during winter months if a brief cold wave is encountered.

- Garage: It is a two car garage with extra wide driveway so two cars can be parked side by side in the driveway without banging doors on the other car.
