Why the Owner Chose Financial District
The Financial District was historically a place of Wall-Streeters and lawyers. However, in recent years it has become a hip neighborhood with great restaurants and terrific access to the subway system. Besides these qualities, some of the oldest buildings and incredible architecture can be found in this part of the city. From the magnificent Woolworth Building to the new York Stock Exchange, it is a must-stop on any tourist's agenda. When this building was converted to condo, we couldn't pass up the opportunity to live in this exciting and historic part of the city.
