If you are a family (with a pet?) looking for an upscale rental away from the ‘beach crowd” but easily accessible to everything the beach has to offer, then this home is for you. Recently renovated four-bedroom, two and one-half bath home with spacious outdoor deck, hot tub and beautifully landscaped back yard – perfect for play and entertaining! Over 3,300 square foot home with Brazilian Cherry hardwood floors downstairs and quality throughout. A tremendous value at the rental price!
Walk in the front door and you are greeted by a stunning vaulted-ceiling living room, with floor-to-ceiling windows, mission furniture and a wood burning fireplace. A few steps up from the living room puts you in the adjacent dining room with a chic copper-top dining room table that seats eight surrounded by art pieces displayed in dramatically lit alcoves. Next is the gourmet kitchen with a granite-counter central island, top-of-the-line appliances, stone floors and a built-in, maple breakfast booth. The kitchen great room has a wet-bar, Miracle beverage refrigerator, a leather reclining sofa, gas fireplace and built-in HD plasma TV. There is a music sound-system throughout the house and the outside deck. The downstairs bedroom has a King bed. The kitchen great room opens to the back yard deck through a spectacular set of three French doors. The large, nicely landscaped back yard has a volleyball court (removable if desired), built-in garden seating and a gazebo-covered hot tub.
Upstairs you will absolutely love the 20’ x 20’ media/play room with its 65” HD TV, Wii Gaming Console and surround sound system set in front of a wonderfully comfortable 20-foot long U-shaped couch (sleeps two easily). There are three bedrooms upstairs, two with Queen beds and the third with a double bed. There are also two full bathrooms upstairs.
Renters will enjoy the use of three bicycles, and can walk or ride ¾ mile to the beach. There are many restaurants and shops within 2-6 blocks of our home. We are about 30-60 minutes from most attractions in Los Angeles, but the neighborhood is beach casual with LOTS of fantastic restaurants from which to choose. The beach "Strand" (an eight-foot wide cement path that allows walkers and bicycles or skaters the opportunity to cruise and enjoy the beach) runs 20 miles from the base of Palos Verdes to Santa Monica.

- More than 60 days prior to rental = 50% of deposit;
- Between 30 and 60 days prior to rental = 50% of total rental fee;
- Less than 30 days prior to rental = 100% of total rental fee.

We have some great neighbors who will make you feel welcome in the neighborhood. There are quite a few small kids on our street too. We are within walking distance to the neighborhood elementary school and high school which have athletic fields open to the public on the weekend.
