This newly built custom Vacation home is situated one mile from Heavenly, Casinos and the Lake. This property has everything and more to make your Tahoe experience luxurious and memorable. Featuring over 3,100 sq ft of living space and a very open floor plan, 4 bedrooms and 2.5 full bathrooms can accommodate a maximum of 8-10 overnight guests and more with with air mattress.
Relax in the large outdoor hot tub or in the master bathtub whirlpool jets. Entertain with ease; the Great Room features a spacious Living Room, Dining area and large Kitchen equipped with top of the line appliances and granite countertops. There are three decks, one in the front of the house off the great room with lounge chairs and set of four chairs and a table, the second is off the kitchen heading to the backyard balcony with a Gas Grill and table and chairs. The deck to the top balcony has stairs that lead to the lower level deck with an outdoor spa and lounge chairs.
The land is over 12,000 sq ft with a fenced in backyard. The kids can play in the backyard without any worries. The front has a beautiful view of Heavenly. There is a 9-hole golf course about 1/4 mile away. You can ride your bikes to open land and get great views of the mountains. The great room has a brand new huge 60" TV, DVD and a great view of the mountains. The master bedroom has a new 32" TV, DVD, and a fireplace. The downstairs living room has a 40" TV, DVD, game console and sliding door to the backyard deck.
This property has all the comforts of home. You are just minutes away from Heavenly Ski Resort, Casinos, and the lake. Safeway grocery store is just blocks away. Please email us with any questions or other pictures of the house.

The owners were very responsive answering all my questions related to renting this property. The best part about this rental for us was the huge kitchen and living area. The fenced in yard was great for the kids to play! The cabin was very cozy and incredibly close to the casinos, food, shopping, skiing...practically everything you would want to do. We will definitely consider staying here on our next trip to Tahoe!!!

After many years of renting in Lake Tahoe to get out of Las Vegas summer heat, renting Condo's, Townhomes and other private homes - we finally found the right place. This home is clean with all ammenities you could ask for. Peaceful, quiet and beautiful and close to everything. I can't say enough good things about the wonderful 3 week stay we had, we felt right at home. The owner was pleasant and easy to work with.
