Why the Owner Chose Other Bonita Springs Properties
As I live a short distance away now, it was originally purchased for family use. As the family grew we have decided to share our home away from home with others.

This house has everything one needs. We staid 3 weeks end of December/early January and we used the heated pool on a regular basis. Our grandchildren could not wait to jump in in the morning. The sun shines on it in the morning too. There are even bicycles that we used around the quiet neighborhood and also to go to the grocery store or Walgreens when something was missing: the bicycle path along busy streets is very safe. One also can walk easily (or bicycle) to the beach. The property is in top shape, the grass mowed regularly, the pool maintained by a friendly person and crystal clear, and the lanai keeps bugs and leaves away. The back lawn would be perfect for young children to play because it is completely enclosed. There is also a removable fence around the pool in case there are young children. We are used to rent houses or condos in summer, and lately in winter, and this is top notch.

My family had a wonderful vacation. We loved this house! The first thing we noticed was how clean it was. The saltwater in-ground swimming pool was great! This house is in a great location, within walking distance to restaurants and stores. The beach is also within walking distance. We will definitely go back to Bonita Springs, and look forward to returning to this vacation rental.

This was our 1st family vacation with my daughter, son-in-law & new 8 month old grandbaby. Much time was spent in the pool as a family because it was wonderful to play in. We enjoyed being able to grill and eat out doors. This Bungalow is well maintained and VERY clean with outstanding furnishings inside & outside. I would highly recommend this to any one looking for a great stay. As a footnote - the owner was easy to work with and pleasurable to do business. Thanks for making it a memorable time in beautiful Bonita !

I'm always nervous about prepaying for something sight unseen. The owner was very pleasant and open about the place. When we arrived, I was pleasantly surprised by this very well kept bungalo. The grounds were nicer than the website showed. The kitchen was well equipped and included plastic wine glasses to enjoy by the pool! I would highly recommend this place to anyone that was in need. Beats the heck out of a hotel room or two for a week! Don't forget to go to Fujiama for some great sushi!
