Conveniently located at the top of Kingsbury Grade (7,349 ft. elavation), our recently updated, fully-furnished, two story townhome offers over 1500 square of comfort with three bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Enjoy gorgeous mountain views from every window. The fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for large family dining or a cozy dinner for two. The lovely living area has a wood and beam ceiling and is ideal for relaxing and taking in the scenery as well as watching a movie on the new flat screen HDTV, listening to music, or curling up on the over-stuffed sofa or chair with a good book in front of the fire. The spacious master bedroom features vaulted ceilings, spectacular tree top mountain views, as well as an incredible one-of-a-kind custom king bed. The two guest rooms each have queen size beds and plenty of closet space. For those that must work or just need to access the internet, there is Wi-Fi throughout the home.
This is a prime location for the avid skier, snowboarder, and winter enthusiast. "Skiing and snowboarding are the premier winter mountain sports in Lake Tahoe. Heavenly Mountain Resort has varied terrain that spans the California-Nevada border and includes rolling glades, terrain parks and challenging technical steeps. If you are a beginner you can enjoy easy groomed runs and easy to load lifts and gondolas. Experts can explore the back country like terrain and tree runs on the Nevada side of Heavenly. If you are adventurous you can hang out at the terrain parks and perfect your backside rodeo 9s. The resort is open all winter for skier and snowboarders and there is no better time to visit than for a quick holiday ski vacation."
