Our condo (ground level-no stairs) is fully furnished. Just bring a tooth brush. It is located in a quiet Knob-Hill area. It is completely and newly updated including wood laminate floors and tile throughout. No carpet. We furnished it to make your stay comfortable and relaxing in a nourishing green belt environment.
The SOUTH facing large Patio, living room and 2 bedrooms are light, bright and kissed by the warmth of the Winter sun. The covered Patio keeps our entire condo very cool in Summer..
The kitchen contains everything you need to make in-home meals a breeze. New granite counter tops, tile floor, stainless sink, all new appliances, microwave, counter top toaster/convection oven and all dishes, flatware, pots, pans and cooking utensils.
Relax, read or watch TV in the newly contemporary furnished living room designed for serious comfort. New contemporary leather sofa reclines on both sides. Or choose either the new swivel leather chair with ottoman, or leather reclining side chair. We are Bob & Lois Rubin. We live in our lovely Laguna Woods Village home during the Summer.
Bob loves golf, poker (he knows a good game if you want in) and he volunteers as a Teacher and Consultant for SCORE sponsored by the SBA.
Lois loves Yoga and her daily walks to the beautiful and nurturing nearby Aliso Creek. She teaches Meditation and is a Healer & Psychotherapist. We have 3 married children and 6 grandchildren ranging in age from ages 10-19.
Why the Owner Chose Laguna Woods
Simply put there is no other place in Orange County (or almost anywhere else) that comes close to providing the lifestyle, safety, location and amenities of Laguna Woods. We also enjoy nearby South Coast Plaza for unique shopping, Segerstrom Hall and South Coast Performing Arts Productions, Laguna Beach and its Art Festivals and also. local Concerts. These are all wonderful.
We are grateful for all of this and we especially enjoy living here during the summers.

This rental in Laguna Woods was an ideal site for a long term, relaxing vacation. The home was spotlessly clean and the House Cleaning Team, included in the rental cost, was thorough and easy to deal with and made our stay almost carefree and more enjoyable. The furniture was very comfortable, especially the contemporary leather reclining sofa and chairs in the living room. There is a fully equipped Kitchen that allowed us to create our own meals as often as we liked; 2 full bathrooms and a laundry only a short stroll from the patio. All detergent, cleaning products, and paper goods are included. The modern decorator touches were very nice. We really appreciated the uncluttered atmosphere. Every possible instruction that you could imagine was made available to us. Never once did we feel at a loss. The Laguna Woods community provides a well-manicured, colorful environment with many amenities such as pools, library, golf, volleyball and even a theater. It is convenient to shopping, restaurants and sight-seeing. The Laguna Beach parks, overlooking the ocean, are gorgeous and you can take a ferry to Catalina Island from Dana Point harbor. San Diego is only an hour and a half away. We even took a day trip to Santa Barbara. The coast of California should not be missed.

Dear Lois & Bob, We enjoyed our stay in your home very much and were as comfortable as being in our own home. We really enjoyed the large screen TV and Blue Ray as we rented all the new movie releases. TIP For $29.00 per month you can rent two videos every day from Blockbuster. That is quite a savings! All you have to do is return the rentals and pick up two more. We also enjoyed the golf very much as the price was excellent. In Canada we would pay much more for a game of golf. Thanks for all your tips and directions everywhere which we a big help. We hope to return to Laguna Woods one day sooon as our family in California is growing and we will certainly love to stay in your home again. Thanks for all your kindness. Donna & Fred Cooke

Our two month stay was all we hoped for. We appreciated the very comfortable and attractive furniture throughout, the big flat panel TV and the fully equipped kitchen. The guest bedroom futon is very comfortable. The apartment is well located with parking and laundry close by. The neighbors are friendly and helpful. The ground level patio is a nice place to sit and enjoy the outdoors and also to store a bike or two. The outstanding benefits of being there are the excellent fitness room, the pool, the library, the events on the site, and the classes offered by Saddleback Univ with excellent lecturers.We hope to return.

The location of the condo in the Village is excellent and as described has a delightful view from the living room and patio of trees, plants and flowers. We found the condo extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean. The owners went out of their way to make us feel at home and were readily available to answer any questions we had. They provided us with lots of written information, take-out menus - everything to make our stay more enjoyable. We would strongly recommend the property to friends. We enjoyed Laguna Woods Village, taking advantage of Lawn Bowling, Bocce, driving to Laguna Beach to art galleries, South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa for shopping, eating in the many nearby restaurants. We loved Las Brisas and The Cottage in Laguna Beach. The Elephant Bar is another good local restaurant.
