Beautiful Mid-Island duplex condo in desired Naushop neighborhood. Perfect for a couple or single looking for privacy and a quiet place to relax and have fun. The condo is well equipped, features, King size Bed, Washer / Dryer, fully furnished bedroom and living room and fully stocked kitchen with wine glasses, cooking utensils and tableware. Private front porch and rear deck, fenced front and back yard, off-street parking. Classic Nantucket architecture in a neighborhood of 200+ single family homes with brick sidewalks, beautifully manicured lawns and picket fencing.

The condo includes 4 passes to the neighborhood clubhouse with tennis and heated pool (open between Memorial Day and Labor Day). Central mid-island location - just a stones throw from bike path and shuttle stop. Surfside beach is an easy 1 mile bike ride. Two TVs (in living room and bedroom). Wi-Fi access is free at the clubhouse or it can be purchased on a daily / weekly basis at the condo from a third party provider - ask for details.

Nantucket is my favorite place in the world - and I've traveled extensively. It is a great place for decompressing and clearing your mind and body. Summer is great, however the shoulder seasons and holidays are special as well.

The Unique Benefits at this Duplex / Condo

I love to bike the island - because there is so much to see and the bike paths are quite extensive. I also enjoy hikes along the many off-paths and deserted shore lines. Sailing in the Nantucket Harbor, Madaket cove and outer islands of Tuckernut and Muskeget are best ever. Shopping downtown is always fun - so is browsing art galleries on Friday evening.

    • Bruce was a great host and even drove us to the airport on our last day. The condo was perfect for us and the community is really nice. I liked how well situated the condo is to the bike paths, the airport, and the shuttle stop. The condo is well equipped and has everything you would need for your stay. I highly recommend it.

    • Bruce, Thanks for a wonderful late summer stay. The condo was perfect for the two of us plus our 6 month old son. Great mid-island location. Very convenient to use the shuttle as well as a nice walk to town on the bike path. We would highly recommend this well-equipped and comfortable house to others and would certainly return ourselves.     • We had a delightful time in Nantucket. This condo was super. It was close enough to town to ride bikes easily and far enough to feel private and out of the way of lots of people. The bed was super comfortable with extra thick sheets! Amenities were fine - everything we needed. The owner is friendly and accomodating. I would stay again and recommend highly to anyone wanting an affordable, pretty and private place to stay on Nantucket.

    • Our stay in Naushop was wonderful. For cyclists, the location was perfect, right off the central axis of many of the island's many bicycle trails. We cycled the entire island with Bruce's comfy condo as our home base and oasis when off the trails!! Bruce was a wonderful and gracious host-- we hope to come back soon!

      Hi Bruce, I just wanted to send you a quick thank you to let you know how much we enjoyed our vacation! The house was perfect, it had everything we needed! We left a boogie board out back with the beach chairs, I figured you might be able to use it. I also left a movie with the DVD collection. I'm sorry that I wasn't able to finish the laundry, we really waited until the very last minute but it still wasn't done. I also left the lilies figuring it would be a nice way for the next couple to arrive. Thanks again for all of your help and hospitality, we had a great time because of it.       Hi Bruce; I wanted to say thank you sooo much for your hospitality during our visit. We appreciated your "ferry" shuttle very much.. (imagine us pulling that luggage alongside!)-- and of course, really enjoyed our stay on the island. The tri in Cohasset was great-- my personal best, although the weather was very, very gray, overcast and misty on Sunday morning--!     • We came here for our honeymoon and had a wonderful experience. Bruce was a great host-he picked us up from the ferry, was available for question, and even bought us a bottle of champagne. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect-quiet and centrally located with easy bus access. The pool and tennis area was also great to have. We can't wait to come back on our first anniversary!

    • Bruce was more than accommodating. He met our ferry, transported us, all of our luggage, & our bikes to the condo. Then he dropped us at a recommended restaurant for dinner. In the refrigerator was waiting a well chilled bottle of champagne. The condo is perfect for couples who want a great center island location with all the amenities for an extremely reasonable rate. It’s just a ten min. bike ride down the bike trail to the market. The shuttle bus stop is right at the end of the road. Leave the car at home. We took full advantage of the pool and tennis courts. After the beach & biking a dip in the pool was wonderful! Goldfinch Drive is aptly named. We woke to the song birds every morning!     • This was a most wonderful place to stay! With the clean and well equipped accomodations to the pool and access to all the bike paths any biker (me) could want to the most hospitable host this was a great experience. We look forward to the same time next year.
