  This was our 4th visit to S. Padre. Prior visits we were a little closer to the beach, but we paid more for smaller, older and stinkier! This condo is SUPER NICE, CLEAN and VERY affordable. The family said I hit a home-run and I agree, as I believe it was nicer than the listing portrayed and we could not have been happier with our choice. The cleaning fee is low, Jan was great and the deposit returned super fast. Why stay anywhere else? We will for sure be back!

  Property was better than expected. Pool not very big but when you have the Ocean you don't need a big pool. Property very well maintained. Recommend to all.

  As others here say, this condo is incredibly nice inside. I actually got kitchen envy vs. my own kitchen at home - the appliances are top notch, especially the washer and dryer. Plus, the beds are comfy and the linens high quality. I really liked the pool, hot tub and outdoor shower as well. Loads of restaurants are definitely walkable, and some shopping. All in all, a really great place to stay, and definitely much more reasonable than staying right on the beach. A couple of small considerations if you're staying here: - Gas grill in the outside area doesn't work. If you want to barbecue, bring a hibachi (we bought one at Walmart for $10) - Although you definitely can walk from this condo to the beach, you can't reasonably walk there with all your beach gear. You have to cross busy Padre Blvd, and go a few blocks past that. It's better to drive, but public parking spaces are VERY limited. We found a better option - drive north on Padre Blvd to Beach Access Rd #6, which for $4 gives you access to a drive on beach with no parking hassles.

  This condo was perfect for our family. We came to the island for the 4th of July and had a great time. The condo is centrally located and we were all impressed with the cleanliness and decor of our home away from home. Our little girl (2 years-old) and niece (17) loved the beach and coming back to a comfy couch (newer/bigger couch than shown) We will definitely be back! Thank you!!!!!

  We were so very lucky to have found this beautiful condo on the island. The pictures on the website do not do it justice. As first-time visitors to the island, we were definitely spoiled at finding this gem. The entry area and pool area were very well maintained and the groundskeeper is on-site. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen is well-supplied with dishes and cooking utensils. This would definitely be our first-choice condo if we were to make another visit to South Padre. We were so very fortunate to have met such great people who stayed in the other condos in our unit. Our vacation was wonderful.

  The condo was amazing! It was very clean, and made you feel good that you found such a nice place to stay. The price was very reasonable! Located in the middle of the island close to everything. Very nice kitchen and the whole condo was very well laid out. The pool and hot tub were very nice and clean, and the sun bathing area was great. Gated area makes it safe for small children! Bed rooms were a great size with good quality beds and linens!! Met some real nice friends that were staying in the other condos. With being there in January and the pool area on the south side of the building you could really enjoy setting out side almost every day. We loved this place and would highly recommend it. If we had a concern the owners were very quick to response and special thanks to Patrick for all his help and advice.

  The condo was amazing! The pictures do not do justice!! It was very clean, the cabinets, apliances and intreior was up to date and new. The price was very good! Located in the middle of the island close to several of the local resturants and local atractions. The pool and hot tub were very nice and clean. Gated area makes it safe for small children! Bed rooms were a good size with good quality beds and linens!! Felt like sleeping at home and not at somewhere else! The bathroom linens were very nice and high quality, not like what you would get a some hotel. We loved this place and will use it again the next time were go to South Padre!!!

  Our stay at paradise bay was great! The pictures of the condo don;t do it justice, more beautiful in person. Our vacation was very relaxing, it was nice to come home after being in the sun and fun all day to the coldest ac.The condo had all the amenities needed to cook a nice meal. Plenty of room for a bigger family, our group was only 3. The beds were sooo comfortable, hard to leave some mornings. It's located just as quoted on website. We all loved our stay, will definitely be returning! Also, the owners are lovely people,very responsive to email and phone correspondence. Thank you so much Jan.

  My family and I recently returned from our fifth vacation to South Padre Island. We tremendously enjoyed our stay at this condo, which was by far the nicest property we've rented. The condo was very clean, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated throughout. The kitchen included high-end appliances and everything you need to prepare meals just like at home. The high-efficiency washer and dryer are also a wonderful convenience. Both bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable. My husband commented that he felt more rested after this vacation than he had after any other trip we've taken. The outdoor area is nicely landscaped and the shower is great for rinsing off after the beach. The pool and hot tub are steps away from your front door, and we had them all to ourselves whenever we used them. The whole complex was very quiet and peaceful. Although not right on the beach, this condo is conveniently located to everything the island has to offer. We definitely plan to stay here again, hopefully sometime soon!

  The photos of the condo on this site show a lovely, well decorated condo. It is all of that and more. The quality of the furnishings and all amenities, as well as the decor are absolutely delightful. My husband and I have rented many condos over the years and this is one we have rented twice. The owners are attentive to every detail and respond to every enquiry within a few hours. When you arrive, it is impeccably clean and everything you could possibly want is included to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. It is well located and an easy stroll to shops and restaurants. Anyone looking for the ideal condo on South Padre Island can't go wrong with this one.
