Beautiful secluded large villa on 5.6 acres with 345 feet of beach front. Very private 2 story concrete structure with wrap around decks on both levels. Villa Ranguana is the largest, 6800 square feet including decks and the nicest villa in Belize. We only rent the Villa as a unit so you have the entire Villa to yourself.
The upper level has a huge air conditioned master bedroom with a king size bed and a large master bath all in marble and natural stone with 2 showers, one in open air, and a Jacuzzi tub. A large kitchen with granite counter tops, bar with stools, all stainless appliances and fully equipped. Also on the second level is a half bath, dining area and a large living room - sitting area with double doors on 3 sides with gorgeous views of the Caribbean and gardens.
The first level has 3 very large air conditioned bedrooms each with their own bathroom all in marble and natural stone. Bedroom #1 has a king size bed and a trundle bed, bedroom #2 has a queen size bed and bedroom #3 has a queen size bed and a trundle bed. Also on the first level is a breezeway and a laundry room with a washer and dryer.
The entire 345 feet of beach is all sand with very good snorkeling on beautiful coral heads just off the beach.
The Villa is ideal for weddings.

We spent the week after Christmas with our children and their families at this wonderful location. The Villa is great for families. It is wonderfully built and very well maintained. The groundskeeper lives next door and his wife provides maid service and both do good jobs. Stan and Mary manage and are very accessible and helpful. The beach is marvelous as is the location, which is just north of the airport and several miles from town. This experience was all we had hoped for and we highly recommend the Villa.

Villa Ranguana is a BEAUTIFUL place to relax, kick back and enjoy the beautiful world of the Caribbean sea.... Waking up in the morning to watch the sunrise from bed.... relaxing on the expansive balcony to watch the waves and birds each morning while having breakfast... walking on the beach each day, swimming, snorkeling, borrowing the kayak to an early morning ride to look at the coral and star fish, fun to take out the Hobie for a sail!!! Not a thing in the world to worry about and just enjoying the wonderful amenities of the Villa. Loving to cook, we truly appreciated the expansive kitchen....fully equiped with all we needed. Stan and Mary are wonderful "HOSTS" providing necessities upon arrival and assuring we found our way around Placencia.Caretaker on the property to assist as needed. Truly a place we want to revisit in the future...and bring more friends with us. LOTS of space for many people to gather..and still have privacy.

My wife and I took our two kids and six grandkids to Placentia to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. When we were trying to find a place big enough for 12 people, we found what we were looking for with this place. Stan and Mary manage the property, and were helpful beyond expectations, on the phone with me on many occasions to answer the questions I had. Stan picked us up at the airport, and Mary had a meal prepared for us when we arrived at the house. They gave us a quick tour of the house, and we were blown away. The house and the beach more than met our needs. They loaned us their Hobbie Cat, wind surfer, and one man kayak while we were there. They helped us arrange tours, hire a cook, set up the wireless modem, and even offered to babysit. If anyone is looking for a comfortable, clean, pretty place, this is it.

We stayed at Villa Ranguana for the second time and had a fantastic trip. The villa is magnificent and now even the landscape has matured. The house is private and secluded yet close to the airport and village.The most impressive thing this year was that we experience a hurricane while there and still had a dinner party the night the hurricane hit. The house is so solid we would have never known there was a storm going on. The house is perfectly laid out and it comes with 24 hour caretaker service. We highly recommend it.
